Better pricing than their competitors and responsive office staff that quickly worked through some scope/pricing options with me. The day of, they did exactly what they said they'd do. They cut down a large pine tree (40+ ft) in my backyard in under 4 hours without causing any damage to my masonry wall or pool deck, which it was sandwiched in between. They cut down 3 smaller trees in the front yard and grinded the stumps. When I came home you could never tell there was anything there, and everything was cleaned nicely. Would definitely hire again.

During a storm our Ocotillo cactus fell over. Urban Forest Tree Care came out within a day and braced it up and gave me care instructions. The men were great!! Very professional.

I had an established sissoo maintained by Heartwood. There was some initial issues with scheduling where I felt that I was dropped off of the schedule, however after letting the office manager, Brittani, know of my experience they were able to work with me to keep things moving along in a timely manner.

While here both the estimators and the work crew demonstrated exceptional knowledge of the plants on site, their life cycle, and best procedures for taking care of them. They took precautions to protect my house, other plants, and property while dropping and removing pruned portions of the tree.

I had two 20’ palm trees removed. The guys were professional and done in about an hour. They were experienced, conscientious and had the right equipment to do the job quickly and safely. Additionally, they were very clean and left the yard in good shape. The office provided excellent customer service. 5 stars. Highly recommended.

We called to get an estimate and they never showed up. They didn't even call to let us know. When you have 2 young kids and set an appointment, you end up working around that appointment.

It's a solid place to work at.. bosses are quick to the point no Suger coating ... Guys are okay most them just like to stare at woman lol but they alright .. everyone friendly here.. if you have a issue they get on it asap...
