This is by far one of, if not best repair calls ever. I'm always wary about calling in someone to fix something I obviously know nothing about. From the moment Adam arrived, I knew I was in good hands. He knew exactly what to look for and fixed in a timely manner. He was very informative and explained the whole repair and showed me visually on video exactly what needed to be done and why. Very polite and considerate of my property. Ill say one thing, I will never need to look for a HVAC specialist ever again because I'm never calling anyone else. Stop searching now. You've found the technician you have been looking for. I've used Howard Air for periodic service (twice a year) for several years now. My service tech today was Quinten and he was extremely helpful in explaining the results of his competent service work. I will gladly renew my annual service agreement, since I think it more than pays for itself. I am very happy to be their customer.

Tyler was my tech, he came out to maintenance my AC unit before the summer. He was very professional and very thorough on explaining the process and what he found during the maintenance process. We called CCL yesterday 7/31 to let them know we didn’t feel our A/C was performing as it should. Eddie answered the phone when I called and I was able to give him a quick overview of the issue. I let him know it wasn’t an emergency but he scheduled an appointment with me for the following day (today 8/1).

They let me know they were on their way and upon arrival, were both very respectful and professional in asking if I preferred they wear shoe covers.

They took a look at our unit and made an adjustment. We talked through some other options if this doesn’t solve the issue. Their pricing to take a look at the unit was more than fair and we highly recommend CCL. We have already recommended them to friends and family who are looking for both a residential and commercial HVAC contractor.
