I tried to use them with my home warranty company and I got a text saying that someone was going to come between 12am - 5pm but I never received any updated appointment text or if/when they were coming. AC is still not running and just trying to get help. I tried calling several times but it either did not pick up or it went to the recording saying they were closed even though it was well between the stated business hours. Not sure if this is the normal operating standards but I am hesitant to trust a company based on this lack of interaction with customers. I doubt anyone will see this.

Ryan was very knowledgeable and courteous when he came to assess our cooling problems. Very quick service with an install 2 days after we decided on the unit. We had several other companies come out to get estimates but found that Ryan stood out from the rest. The installers were also courteous and cleaned up afterward. The install price reflected the unit that we purchased and I believe it was a very fair. (carrier brand). I wouldn't hesitate in recommending comfort experts.

I have dealt with plenty of HVAC people in previous lines of professional work and personally in the residential space, and I can't rave more about how professional and diligent Manny was with his service today. Wonderful guy and wonderful company.

Shane did an outstanding job replacing the HVAC system on the roof and the Air Handler in our unit. He was professional, curteous, knowledgeable and informative. He was on time and managed the entire project from start to finish. Shane demonstrated the customer service skills that any business would be proud to have associated with them.

They have no customer service.They made appointment then cancelled.Made a different Appointment and cancelled that one also.Will never use this company again.

Will did a fine job and was professional once he arrived. But Please note the arrival time frame was supposed to be between 7 am and 12 noon but tech arrived around 12:45. I called customer service at 8 pm to obtain an estimate of timeframe and was told I was first on the techs list. The estimate provided was approximately 10 am. That wasn’t very professional to give false expectations. Don’t make any plans for the day!

4/2023..…. Just bought my 5th unit from them. Amazingly easy, great price. I'm glad I found them. I've now used them on 4 office buildings and one home, will definitely be calling back for the next one.

They came out and put a new blower motor on and one month later same problem they say there's only a 30 day garentee wth is up with that I'll have them out every 28 days if that's the case I'm totally done with them

We spoke with three companies who quoted very high costs for installing a radiant heat system - the costs were tough to swallow given it included no solution for air conditioning. Derek listened to our concerns (about functionality and aesthetics), and came up with a solution to run ductwork (a challenge I think few others would undertake in our house), and install a dual heat pump and gas furnace system that will provide central heating and cooling.
