We had an AC emergency! Our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the hot Arizona summer! We tried repairing on our own, even driving over an hour to get parts however that didn’t work. This company responded right away, gave us a fair quote and showed up in the time frame they told us. Highly recommend their services!

I have used Five Star A/C twice. One was a replacement and the second was a new install. Tim and Dan sent Tony and Ashley to do the install. I can not say enough about their abilities. I’m just now leaving a review but a few years ago after several quotes to purchase a new AC and install I decided to go with this company after their quote was undeniably the best. They install was the very next morning, so grateful! They were fast but thorough. I’ve also had maintenance and a repair done since. We have used B3 Refrigeration on several occasions. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and had a service technician out within a few hours. They are a small family business with fair pricing. I highly recommend them! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Installed A/C (2018) repeatedly is breaking down every AZ summer (when most needed). They respond but not within a timely manner, had another issue this weekend, left voicemail have yet to hear from them! Had to hire another company, they advised that work was extremely sloppy, pipes were not even glued causing water leak through my ceiling on 2 separate occasions. Steer clear of these thieves!!!

These guys are true professionals. My old a/c needed replaced. They agreed. They showed up on time. It was replaced before the house got hot and cleaned up the area. No added charges. Very professional. Save yourself the hassle and just call CCL and it's as good as done.
