Best Ductless Heating And A/C Services in Phoenix AZ

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

Tyler came to our house checking the waterheater which was out of order, he respond very fast, had very professional conversation to make me to take the best decision for replacing the very old waterheater with a new one which was vary rapidly done on the next day professionally and it is cleanly installed with proper function.

Comfort One installed our heat pump in 2018. We've had system maintenance check ups every year since. They've earned 5 star reviews every year. They're one of the few companies I trust completely.

Rising Sun made me feel comfortable and that I wasn’t being taken advantage of like the previous HVAC company. Brandon, service rep, did a thorough service call and walked me through all the issues, testing and options and then Pam, office mgr, did the same. I’ve heard excellent things about Adrian, the owner and the company, so I am going to be using Rising Sun from here on out and would highly recommend.

Piñon Air provided great customer service and completed the job when they said it was going to be completed, on time, and on budget. Technicians were very polite and professional.

Terrible. I called them on Saturday, they said they would dispatch a tech. Sunday comes from a window of 10-2pm, nobody shows up. I call again, they re-dispatch a tech and shows up 2 hours later. An entire day in a house with no AC waiting on them. They said they needed to order a part and will rush it. I called the next day to find out the status and the parts manager was gone. I am not sure why only one person can do this job. I'm going on day 4 without AC, I still don't have an answer from them TERRIBLE. DO NOT USE THEM.

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

Excellent! Wore the booties. We were not left with a plumbing mess to clean up. Sociable, efficient and knew exactly what to do. Supplies were on the truckand just like the commercial…versatile skills…he understood our field Marshall puppy, a mini dachshund. Got down on her level and played. Larvell was very knowledgeable about his work and what needs to be accomplished. When asked a question, he seems to enjoy assisting others and takes the time to illustrate the whats and whys! I will continue to call Goliath Mechanical if I need assistance in the future, and I will tell others about it if they need help with any air conditioning services!!

Andrew was extremely thorough and caring. He clearly wanted to be sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. That was especially important, since I was not at home during the service. Andrew shared multiple videos of each step of his work. I appreciated his outstanding efforts to keep me apprised of the progress and status of the work and my HVAC system.My only issue is that that GB missed the projected service window by a couple of hours, and I received no contact from the office to let me know that they were running late. I had to call to ask for an update. I think GB should have been more proactive in this regard. For what it's worth, I have been using GB for years, and this is the first time I've had that issue with them. However, ultimately the work was completed and performed exceptionally well by Andrew.

So considerate and very good at finding issues and repair. Pleasant and very good at clean up. will use them for new unit upgrade in fall. Highly recommend

Louis at APEX was the best. He came in to evaluate our needs for a remodel and gave us certain options based upon our budget. He met all of our deadlines and exceeded all of our expectations. I can't recommend his company enough. Beyond all that, Louis is a wonderful person and you cannot go wrong in selecting his business as your go-to HVAC service provider.

Five Stars for the new air conditioning unit and five stars for the service! I called Comfort Experts LLC from google and they were on the ball; they had my A/C up and running impeccably. I am very happy with this company and how personable they are, they really know customer service. No one can deny Comfort Experts is the top rated A/C company in the valley, I know thats a big claim but I tried calling numerous air conditioning businesses in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert and Queen Creek; thier estimated quotes were coming in extremely high and/or some were not showing up for our appointment. I want to thank Comfort Experts for the quality work and quality service they have given me, I will be using these guys for all of my Air conditioning needs.

Adam was awesome! Super friendly and professional! Fixed our AC on a Sunday morning!

Gabriel was here to change my filters in my reverse osmosis and he did a great job very pleasant polite efficient he even checked my water to make sure that the water softener was working properly. Hopefully you appreciate him and it is a great asset to your company

Our A.C. went out on a 3 day weekend and after being told we probaby wont even hear from anyone till Thursday we were not looking forward to the heat but Shane called us on Monday (even though they were closed) and was out at our house on Tuesday to get us up and going again. We thank Shane and the entire company of A/C Works for getting us taken care of so quickly. THANK YOU SHANE!!!!! Will only recomend these guys from here on

Nate the Technician is always on time and professional. He always communicates with me to let me know he's on his way to what he's found, what's needs to be done, how's it going and how it went when he's done. He answers all my questions and I trust him in my house. He very knowledgeable and a good listener. I'm glad he's my tech and hope he stays my tech for years to come. Matt D did a GREAT job servicing our HVAC system. He recommended having the ducts cleaned, sealed and pressure testing. After showing us the pictures of the system we scheduled this work.
