Yogi is one of the most respectful, honest contractors I've ever met. He let you know what he's doing and why he is doing it. Takes pictures before and after. If he feels you need something extra, he explains why. He's very clean doesn't leave nothing behind. If you need any kind of air conditioning work I highly recommend Yogi.

They first helped us about 6 months ago in diagnosing a problem caused by the original installer. They made sure we clearly understood the problem so we could take up the issue with the original installer to correct the very poor workmanship.

Then yesterday, we turned on the AC and the air coming through was not cold. Allegedly, when the original installer corrected the other issue, my system was supposed to be in perfect condition to last several years, but once again, their claim was less than true.

We called Arcadia this morning, and fortunately Manny was able to come out today and get our system running better than it ever has before. Seriously, our house has never gotten this cold this fast!!! Once again, Manny very clearly explained the issue and answered all our questions. We are very thankful for their outstanding service!!!

Once again, this company has proven why they have such great rating and have been in business for so long.1. Booking an appointment online is easier than it should be. I made one this morning for later in the same day. Easy.2. Ethan called during the appointment window but I didn't answer. They followed up every half hour until I was available. Some might find this annoying. I think it's awesome that a business would work so hard to reach me when I clearly failed at holding up my end of the bargain (being available during a window I chose).3. When we finally connected, a full 1.5 hours after my window, Ethan said he would arrive in 30 minutes. He did exactly that.4. Ethan was smiling on the phone, despite me not being available when I said I would. He was also smiling when he arrived. I'm talking a genuine, I'm happy to be here to help you, kind of smile.5. Ethan practically fixed the problem just listening to me explain the issue. He really listened to me, by the way. He didn't come in to my house acting like the smartest person on the subject, despite the fact that he obviously is. At several moments he could have made me look and feel stupid. He did not at all. In fact, he turned my failed thermostat install around and made it sound like I helped him.6. At the end of it all, 5 minutes later, Ethan left me without a bill and that same genuine, infectious smile on his face.Service like this barely exists today. A company that hires people like Ethan is one worth returning to again and again. Fair warning to you Parker and Sons, Ethan is designated for great things. Treat him well while you have him, and he will continue to wow all your customers the way he did this one.5 stars every experience, every time. We have brand new Nest thermostats that were extremely difficult to set up. I called Goliath Mechanical because we have a Service Agreement with them. They were prompt, on point , and supportive in getting the settings just right for us. This was the best air conditioning team in all of Arizona!!

I've been using Dial One Mears air conditioning and heating service for several years and I'm thoroughly satisfied with their customer service and the technical expertise of their technicians. RJ performed our spring startup service today and true to Dial One Mears form, he left no stone unturned during his inspection and thoroughly briefed us afterward. Thanks to Dial One Mears seasonal services, my wife and I have had no issues with our AC unit. And that says a lot given the brutal heat of Arizona summers. I would definitely recommend their services.

Derek was very friendly and professional. He replaced our hot water and heating element in house quick and fast, he came twice to explain the problem and the fix to it. He managed to fit us in right way so we could get hot water back to the house. The new unit looks great and runs wonderful.

Mountain A/C installed a new A/C unit for us about a year ago. The technicians were very courteous and professional. The install went perfectly and we've had no issues. The owners care a lot about the quality of service and making the customer happy,

What can I say from start to finish A/C & Refrigeration was amazing! Our air conditioner passed away on Sunday.I received 4 other estimates all about the same in price. Thankfully with Mindy the owner & her experience in the air conditioner biz she guided and educated me on all the units I was considering. Never did she put down another company it was so refreshing and professional.
