Homework Remodels did an outstanding job of renovating our 65 year old home, which was in a state of significant disrepair when we purchased it. The remodeling required a new roof, new electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, flooring, paint, plaster, fencing... They completed the job on a tight schedule so we could move in upon the sale of our previous home.
We were kept well informed of the progress and were involved in the process.
Five years later, the repairs/upgrades made by HomeworkRemodels have stood the test of time. We are extremely satisfied with their work.

Quality work, fair value, fair treatment, and transparency are my key takeaways after Holtzman completed a kitchen remodel and flooring for us. Our project included some interior wall changes, appliance relocation, and reframing for a larger back door. My wife and I shopped 3 different well known general contractors for our job and Holtzman slotted in the middle price estimate wise. We really appreciated that they include a computer sketch of your remodel free with the consultation which the other companies would not do without a deposit. This really helped us gauge if the company had a good grasp on what we were wanting (and they did). The design process was relaxed and we never felt pressured to spend. Communication with our project manager Jaryd was fast and we were pleased with his attention to detail and how he listened to our concerns and needs throughout the process, accommodating our requests to the best of his abilities.
We experienced an atypical circumstance during our project where the person we worked with on our cabinet design ended up leaving the company before our cabinet order was correctly placed. This caused a bit of a handoff fumble as Holtzman completed our demolition thinking the order from the former employee was ready when it actually was not which resulted in a period of time where we had a completely demo'd kitchen and no cabinet delivery. It's important to understand that this is not a regular occurrence and simply an unfortunate coincidence that happened to coincide with our project. The new cabinet designer (Chelsea) was a breeze and got our incomplete order all fixed up and expedited.
I am sharing this slip up despite it's coincidental nature because it showcases this company's ability to make up for some turbulence in a very respectable fashion which ultimately solidifies our trust in them. I was impressed that Holtzman was completely transparent with what happened and did not try to avoid any accountability. Although there was nothing we could do as we had to wait for our correct cabinet order to be produced, the team at Holtzman completed as much of our project as they could until cabinets arrived and positioned themselves for a sprint to the finish once the cabinets were delivered. Once the cabinets came you could really tell they wanted to make up for lost time. Jaryd was extremely helpful by scheduling Cabinet install, flooring, plumbing, tile, and electrical very efficiently and even getting people onsite over the weekend to get everything wrapped up as quickly as possible. The workers on our job were pleasant, skilled, and personable. My wife and are are extremely happy with the quality of work and how everything came out at completion. Time spent in our new kitchen is now a relaxing and serene experience we never want to leave. Afterwards we were reimbursed for excess expenses like furniture storage which we incurred as a direct result of the delay caused by the cabinet order mix up, which I feel like not every company would be willing to do and prefer to instead chalk it up as (well these things happen in construction).
I have complete confidence saying that I would trust this company again for a future project and feel good knowing that they are going to do things correctly and have our best interest in mind. Before and after pics attached.

We just finished our third project with TWD, a master bathroom remodel. As with the first two projects, they were extremely professional, always kept us informed on project status, and most importantly finished on time! You would be amazed how often you hear how workers don't show, unexpected costs pop up, and overall quality is poor. NONE of these have ever been a concern when working with TWD, and in fact, we just signed on for our fourth project with them. You will not regret hiring TWD for your next home remodeling project!

My husband and I hired Ben from Champion Remodel. Ben and his team gave us the quality we were hoping for. We are very pleased with the results. We hired him to re-do our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and all the flooring throughout the entire first floor. All of the finishes were purchased by us and Ben put the whole job together! During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

Amazing…. Professional, clean, amazing production of my beautiful new countertops … Vinnie was always making sure NO steps were missed and thought everything out. After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

We had our master bathroom (3 rooms) remodeled. We are very pleased with the work except the way they installed the drywall. A section beside the show developed a crack soon after the job was completed.

The company does not finish the walls, so you need to hire others to finish the drywall and paint.

We also needed to hire a glass company for the custom glass work of the shower surround on two sides.

While trenching to run underground power the electrician cut multiple water drip system lines. I mentioned the issue on the spot sense the lines were clearly visible and was told everything was fine. I trusted the electrician & noticed days later the ground was sinking & the water lines were ruptured. I was lied to and my concerns were disregarded. The company took multiple days to respond to my issue and in order to stop the leak I spent part of my day fixing the problem. They than had the nerve to offer me $12 for the repair not taking in account my time and the frustration. Very deceitful and untrustworthy. Think twice before choosing them.

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!

We had really bad experience with a contractor before we met Leonel. First impression was everything with him. He was knowledgeable, thorough, well spoken, and overall he understood our situation very well and knew what we had gone through. We knew right away he was our guy. He was very compassionate and he went above and beyond to make us comfortable. He was very accommodating and he did things for us that he didn't have to but he understood us. We hired him a week later for remodeling our entire bathroom. His guys were fast, knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. We ran into an issue with the placement of our bath tub and the guys were quick to come up with a solution and got the job done. As a result we couldn't be happier the way our bathroom looks and functions. We had a vision what it would look like and Leonel delivered us just that. And it took them only about 2 weeks. We are very happy with the our remodeled bathroom. Based on this experience we are going to use XLT Construction and Leonel for every remodeling job. The quality of job they did and the finishes are amazing. Everyone that has seen our bathroom loves the work. Leonel is a man we can trust. He restored our faith on contractors again. We have been recommending Leonel to all our friends and families. You would want things done the right away and without a doubt XLT Construction and Leonel is the right guy for that.

WE love NEW BATH.. We dont have enough words to say all that we love about our new bathroom. Our vision came to life with the assistance of the design consultant. The work was done in a timely manner as promised and the work was so professional. The staff were friendly and respectful in our home. I would give them 10 stars if I could, you would be silly if you went with another company.

My family and I were dealing with the stress of moving from California to Arizona and we were scrambling to find a contractor to remodel the new home in under 5 weeks. What i found during this process was price gauging from so many other contractors until i found Quentin from Urban Element. Quentin gave me confidence that he could do the job in under 5 weeks and on budget. Quentin communicated with me weekly and gave me progress reports/photos and never once asked for more money then what we had originally agreed on. The finish product far exceeded what I could imagine. Quentin and his crew takes pride in their craftsmanship. I would 100% recommend Quentin to anyone looking for a home remodel. I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
