I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

Mark Johnstone came out to our house. He was honest and gave options that would be beneficial not only to us but our pocket book. He was friendly and personable. They were able to get us in the same day we called even though they had a busy schedule, for this I am truly thankful for. :) If your looking for a great plumber, fast response, and reasonably priced give them a call.

Jose and Orlando were absolutely amazing, they came when they said they would, they even allotted me additional time to arrive at the house after work, they immediately went to inspecting my pipes to inform me of any all concerns available, just as I do with my customers at work they were real and down to earth presenting me with viable options to get my repairs done at the lowest cost while performing the work correctly. Will use this company again and will definitely request these two gentlemen again!!!!!

We called Clint today at 10:30 am, and he was on the job by 2 pm. On a SATURDAY. Simply amazing. We opened our brand new dog grooming salon this week and the drains started backing up and water was everywhere. I can't even put into words how grateful we are that Clint was able to come out so promptly, and that he was so efficient and knowledgeable, and on top of it all, extremely fairly priced. He was friendly, accommodating, honest, and trustworthy. We are so grateful to have found him and his company. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

BEWARE - They hire UNLICENSED contractors to do their work. Our home warranty company, 2-10 sent Belsito plumbing out to check on a slab leak we had. They sent Charles, who was nice, and Charles brought his manager Shane Prince. Shane completed a lot of work but never finished, took off with our money, and wasn't licensed. He did all this work on the side, but wearing Belsito Plumbing uniforms (him and Charles). Belsito fired him a few months ago, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they were okay having someone do these jobs that's NOT LICENSED! Turns out his licenses have been revoked for years. Just be cautious on who you let do your work. In AZ, anything done over $1,000 in your house requires a license. Hope this helps someone avoid the expensive mistake we made working with this guy and this company.

My husband and I hired Reddi services to clean out our septic tank. My husband built a garage over the septic. They sent out Rick P. to do the pumping after we got the concrete and dirt out of the holes. He did a great job was very informative and very friendly. We are very happy with the services of Reddi, but especially impressed with their prompt service, friendly and easy to work with staff. I had Septic Medic to my home to fix tree roots in my leech fields. They did an excellent Job! I highly recommend them for any septic work you need done. Very efficient and reasonable. They went above and beyond by stopping out 6 months later to check to be sure it was ok. I greatly appreciated that. Also, they have smaller trucks which is very important for homes like mine that have driveways with many tight switchbacks.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

The gentleman that did our repairs, Todd, was a very informative plumber, who seem to be very knowledgeable, of his area of expertise. gave us some very helpful information which we used to locate the type of sink and faucet we wanted to place in our kitchen. When it came time to replace the old bad sink he showed how well he knew his job. All the while explaining what was being done and would be done next. We also learned how very poorly the original sink and garbage disposal had been put in in the first place. I would certainly recommend this company and in particular, Todd, to anyone if they are in need of a plumber.

I thought I had a major issue in my hands. For years tenants have been complaining about the water flow and I was convinced it was time to replace the cast iron under the ground. Tony King and Halden Yeaton were the service technicians. I couldn’t have been luckier to have such honest guys. They pointed out my issue and saved me thousands of dollars plus a game plan for everything to get handled. Thank you NU FLOW!

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

Review would be five star if they weren't so pricey.If you are looking for competent service FAST, Option One is for you.They have a very modern and efficient system.Service person contacts you when he's on the way with a text and photo. Then he contacts you with a bid for the work,. Then contacts you with a photo of the completed work. Great for me as this was a rental and I was not on site when he arrived.Jimmy (the plumber who showed up) was very professional in his communications skills and seemingly in his work.Again, while pricey, they are efficient, easy to deal with , warranty their work.

Adrian did a great job diagnosing our problem with no water. Even though he suspected what the issue was he approached the problem by the book identifying his steps to us along the way. He ended up replacing our water softener system that had been in place and overdue for replacement. Not only was his work straight and the solder joints nice he also swept out the space where the old one was in so when he left it looked better than when he got there. If that wasn't enough he also took a peek behind our washing machine and suggested we replace the rubber hoses with stainless steel ones to avoid unexpected issues especially as we are looking forward to some travel. Keep up the good work Adrian and Bumblebee!

While you're at it, see if you can pick up a tip or two on how to keep a positive attitude!

Recently called Sunset Septic to perform an inspection on a property located in Queen Creek and they got right on it within 48 hours of my making the call. They were timely, exact in it's location and did a great job digging pumping it out, digging it up and inspecting. My clients and I are very happy about the way they put things back, you can hardly tell they were ever there.

We are very happy with there service and will use them again when the need arrives.

Plumbers were courteous. Since the first post I found several mistakes 3 flanges either to far from wall to low or to high, vent not hooked up. They ruined two floors and got the whole house filthy and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes without extreme pressure from me. Except for the ruined floors and all the dust/dirt throughout the house. They tried to use short cuts in fixing their mistakes. I would not recommend them to anyone. Workers are good attitudes. Management at Mr rooter is terrible. Mr. Rooter did not step up with all they ruined and tore apart from their mistakes. Mark tryed to put the blame on bad vent and said even though they cut it if it was broken/cracked it wasn't their fault. When it came to a vent not hooked up he left and called back to finally admit it was their mistake. It fixing the vent pipe set the flang at 14 inch rough in wasn't the correct height had to be jack hammered out 3 times and still got it wrong. Put 4 holes in bedroom wall and 2 in bathroom to find leak when all but him said the leak was under stool and tub area. Even it was all on them they never said they would fix what they tore apart. When they get a good review they acknowledge it but never get back to the ones with problems. Poor management on their part. Would not recommend them to do your plumbing. Donnie was not up front on his dealings with the customers.
