Waited 12 days for an appointment, the sales rep Brian couldnt complete the job and now we have the start the wait over. OOF. Giant waste of time.

Wow! Dwayne is simply the best! Our door frame broke last night leaving wide open cracks down the entire left side. After calling over a dozen window and glass businesses who ensured that I needed a brand new door, he answered with advice to save my money and allow him to fix it! And he nailed it! Dwayne also offered a great quote for when we are ready to replace! Besides his great work, he was an absolute joy while he was here. Super happy and thankful!!!

When I had an emergency and my back patio window was shattered at 3am.I called valleywide glass 24hr line and got a fast response. After hearing the the great rates I confirmed my appointment and they were here within hours. Two employees showed up with all the proper equipment. Worked quickly and carefully maneuvering there way through my apartment. The door once completed looked like nothing ever happened. They made a bad experience easier. Even help my with a payment plan that helped fit my budget! I have zero complaints about this company. Truly glad I called them and would recommend them to anyone.

Service was prompt and quality is unbeatable.

What an amazing expereince from begining to end! They are professional, responsive, patient ( I changed my mind a lot). They were not pushy, and listened to my concerns and made reccomendations. The install crew was quick and polite. Clenaed up very well and loved my dogs. Everyone I expereinced at Freelite is incredible. Thanks !

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

The craftsmanship of our windows is outstanding and the installation was impeccable. The finished product definitely increased the value of our home, we are truly amazed. We highly recommended these windows!

Best glass originally schedule me for 10 days out but when they had a cancellation. I just had my windshield replaced by Clayton. From the beginning this company was so accommodating in every way. They had it approved with insurance and added me to the schedule before we were even off the phone. Clayton was so efficient, calling me with updates on his estimated arrival and even finished in less time than I was quoted. He gave thorough details on aftercare, and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. It's so great to finally find a company with genuinely nice people and friendly attitudes. Met Brian the owner and had Britt (one of the employees there) help us with setting up for a project. I spent a lot of time working with Britt on deciding on the options, estimate, etc. At the 11th hour, Britt jacked up the estimate by 20% and refused to explain why. Brian would not return our calls. If this is how the business deals with you before they get your money, don’t walk, run away!

There is good service, there is great service and then there is Tacheny Exterior service!! I worked for an employer whose main focus was client service for 10 years... so I know all about exceptional service. Unfortunately in this world client service is not a focus.
