Best Repair Hvac in Phoenix AZ

Scottsdale Air employee was great. They found the problem and was able to take care of it. The explained and showed me the problem and the solution. He was polite and very professional. I have never had an issue with this company.

My a/c had finally died after 29 years. I decided to get 3 bids and went online and sent interest requests . I heard from 2 and added a quote from Costco. AZ Perfect Comfort was the first to come out. They were the best in their initial inspection and presentation of the proposal. They also had the best price and were the earliest for installation and availability! I had been without a/c for 10 days at that point so this was important! Within 30 minutes my house had cooled 10 degrees! And so much quieter! And Fred and Justin were amazing! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend!

Their customer service is terrible. I am not satisfied with whomever installed my air conditioners in my bramd new space. They act like they dont care about their customers.

The Office Building I rent a Suite in had Lincoln Air install a New A/C unit on my suite September 2020, It seemed to work for a month or so,When I tried to use it during the winter it did not come on,I have two units in my Suite so I just used the one that worked during the Winter,Once it started to warm up in April 2021 I called Lincoln Air to let them know the unit they installed was not working,after some run around I finally got them to come out and get the Unit working,Then they sent me a $350 Bill,I called their Office to let them know they had just done the install at the end of the Summer & it was only ran once or twice,they did finally say that I didn’t owe them anything for the Repair,Now June 17th 2021 and the unit is not working again,it blew the breaker in the fuse panel,I called their Office and told them that my A/C was out again,in the middle of a Heat Wave & I was told I would be put on their emergency list,I talked to them on Tuesday & was told on the emergency list someone could be out Friday between 3:00 & 5:00,
I had to close my Office on that Friday because I had no A/C,I was called around 1:05 & told a repairman was on his way,I was heading to the Office to meet him when I received another call around 2:00 that the repairman’s Ladder was not tall enough to get on the Building,(this is the Company that installed the Unit,you would think they would know how tall of a Ladder they needed),I was told by the Lady answering the Phone that she would reach out to another Company that helps them out & call me back,
but no one called me back?,I called on Saturday Morning and left a message for a call back,but once again,no call back.
I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THIS COMPANY HAS 5 STARS,OTHER THAN VERY FEW LEAVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS,THEN I NOTICED THEY ONLY HAD 45 REVIEWS!!

Skylar came out to inspect our AC units. Checked all of its functionality. He was very courteous and professional. Explained all of tge functionality and suggested the necessary annual maintenance.

My system was over 15 years old, and these guys were able to come out the next day after it failed, bandaid my current one and gave me a competitive quote. Few days I finally pulled the trigger, parts were in stock locally, and the install couldn’t have been any more professional!

Our air conditioner was not working properly so we had a tech from here come out through our home warranty. They thought they had the issue fixed but ended up being something else. We called back and they were able to send another tech out named Jason within 2 days and he diagnosed the underlying problem quickly and had it repaired the same day. The techs were both on time or even a little early and we're very professional. Jason helped us navigate through prices/costs. I would recommend this company for future ac problems.

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday same-day service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

Milano did a terrific job this morning getting my AC ready for summer. He also cleaned and tested my evaporative. I love having dual system. Needs new pads and he took measurements for next visit. Been with Lee Collins for over a decade. Glad new owners have kept quality service.

Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

Goliath Mechanical was really good at keeping me informed during the A/C repair process. They arrived on time, and with their skills, they were able to bring my air conditioner back to life!!!

It looks like they had my original review deleted a few years ago so I will leave this one again to warn people. Horrible practice policy. They had me do regular maintenance service for years and when the system broke they said “oh never mind , you weren’t the original owner”. Then why tell me I have to do regular maintenance in order to keep the warranty. Could have told me that earlier on.
