The response to my initial call was very good. The technician who came and analyzed the problem told me that they had to order parts and could return the next day to do the repair.They didn’t call me the next day to tell me that there was a problem getting the parts, I had to call them. When they didn’t receive the parts when expected, I had to call them to learn what was happening. Once they got the parts they finally called me and scheduled the repair. No problems after that.I just think that they should have contacted me when they knew that there would be delays.

I bought my in 2018, and is ready falling apart. I'm still paying fo the unit .I called them to fix they want $3,700. I'm done with them.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

I highly recommend Penguin Air. I had a leak in my copper water line on the high-pressure side, so the leak was constant. Of course I can turn the water off to my house, but not for very long. I had called another company before I called Penguin Air (big mistake). That other company wouldn't come out until the next morning. I took a day off from work and waited for the other company all day. Multiple calls throughout the day and they finally told me at 4pm they would need to reschedule. My water is leaking and I can't keep it shutoff. So now this emergency just got a whole lot worse and I started to feel sick to my stomach. I called Penguin Air and they immediately told me they could get someone to my house in a couple of hours (major stress relief). That was fantastic news because I live at the edge of town and it takes a while to drive to my house. The repair process went just as Penguin Air said it would. Within an hour I was assigned my technician and I was given his contact info and his picture. I then received a text that had a link to track his location. That was awesome. Just like using GPS, I could see where he was and how far he still had to go. That was a major stress relief being able to see where he was and not just waiting and wondering if he's actually still coming. Once he was onsite, the service was awesome. The repair was quick and fixed very well. It has been a few days since the repair and I have checked every day and not a single drop of water, it's 100% dry. I wish all companies had this type of excellent service, but at least Penguin Air does.

Travis came out for a clog I had which my sinks were draining slow and within an hour he got them working again, very clean and professional. Definitely will use Neel's plumbing again!

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

Santiago was a pleasure to work with as he was very knowledgeable, friendly and an expert in his field. Will definitely request him again should the need arises.

Finding a reliable company for home repairs can be frustrating. I've lucked out having worked with Josh at Day & Night on 2/2 fixes so far. Scheduling is easy with friendly, responsive office staff and Josh has done a bang up job on both fixes. He's been on time, considerate, helpful in explaining the equipment, and left everything SOLID and looking fantastic. Much appreciated. Keep up the good work and I will call you again when I break something else!

We called Scott's because our daughter's bathtub faucet broke. I tried to fix it myself (which I have done in the past in other bathrooms) but there was a problem with how the builder installed the piece and it was too difficult for me to remove. I called out Scott's, who responded very quickly. A special tool was needed which he did not have, so he ordered the tool and came back over a couple days later for a fast, professional install and fix. Thank you so much for being so quick and courteous. Will use again when necessary. Would recommend.

Turns out we did use them again when our water heater broke and started leaking. Scott's was prompt and friendly. A new water heater was ordered and promptly installed, and for SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars less than a couple of the big guys quoted us a few months earlier when we were looking for a preemptive replacement. Scott's even included some parts that the other guys wanted to charge a la carte for. Thank you Scott's for being reliable, friendly, and affordable.

Robert Mitchell came to my home to service my unit. Unfortunately, it needed a big repair or to be replaced. I chose replacement but I was upset. Now I am even more upset. The price I was charged on the invoice does not match the price Robert gave me. I spoke to Norm that oversees Robert and got a whole song and dance. Bottom line they treated me as a long time customer quite poorly. I think they just play a numbers game and I was on the losing side. In my opinion ACE Air is dishonest.

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
