Our HVAC unit stopped working. We called Parker and Sons and they sent a technician within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the necessary part and had the repair completed shortly after. Very good service!

The guys were completely honest and over-the-top professional and after dealing with another companies bizarre antics earlier in the day that was a particularly awesome experience. Treno was professional, and got the AC unit back up and running. This has been the hottest summer ever in Phoenix and these guys didn't miss a beat. Thank you very much for fixing my A/C that other companies told me they had fixed but not really. My unit ran constantly, and would only turn on and off manually for 2 years. The problem was never fixed until today! The guys did a great job. The initial set up from the company that installed my unit was wired completely wrong. They made sure it worked before they left. Finally my A/C is turning on and off on its own! Appreciate the great service and will recommend them to everyone I know.
