I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Justin was on time, professional, and friendly. He checked our entire system and walked us through his recommendations, and we felt the prices were very reasonable.

We have used Lee Collins since 2000, have bought 4 units from them over the years and referred SO many people to them, because Ken was excellent and respected loyalty…and just very professional…last week we had them come out and service two systems at our new place…within a week one system stopped working…they are not standing behind their service at all!!! What is the point of doing annual maintenance???? They are now a horrible company to do business with…Ken sold and now the company is awful!!!!

Our electrician, Tim, was great. He was professional and kind and took the time to review everything with us in detail so we understood the electrical issues we were facing and why we needed to get it fixed. He was careful with our things and made sure to review all our options with us. We would love to have him back if we have additional electrical needs.

Service beyond our expectations! Casey and Manny really knew their stuff. The entire project took about 7 hours but I am certain that everything that was promised got completed to the fullest, and they left the house exactly as they found it. Cudos to Georger Brazil for having the best people to handle the jobs.

I can not thank Air Control enough for their amazing service from start to finish, specifically Ben. I had my AC go out unexpectedly and he was able to provide me with a diagnostic within an hour of calling the office and then he started working on my AC unit right away. He was extremely transparent throughout the entire process and I appreciated how thorough he was when it came to explaining what was wrong and what my options were. Rosario arrived promptly and dis excellent work. His visit followed one by Ryan Makita , who, in evaluating our system, pointed out several things which could be problematical for us. I was not aware of any of these situations prior to Ryan’s telling me about them. I’m very grateful to Ryan as well as to Rosario for the work identified and resolved. Matt D came to do our annual heater check and cleaning. He was very thorough with the check and cleaning, he even took before and after pictures. Which is comforting. He also confirmed that a job we payed for (before owner changed) was a shoddy job. We had payed to have a 2nd return put in, and have the ducts sealed and cleaned. None of which was done properly. We have put a total of $20,000 into this house in the 2 1/2 years we've lived here, to make this home as energy efficient as possible. We rely on the work to be done properly. I knew something was never right about the work that was done. Thankfully Matt took the time to inspect my concerns and was able to validate my suspicions. He could have shrugged it off, but didn't. He was honest! Greatfully they are willing to correct the problems and make it right! And to think, I almost declined them coming to do the check, due to other past issues. Thank you Matt!! My AC Unit went out unexpectedly late on Friday night. I called various places Saturday as soon as I got home from work but many were closed and the after hour ones were very pricey. Then I stumbled on Aguilar A/C & Heating. It's a shame they wernt toward the top of the list in my search for nearby A/C repair because it was already evening by the time I found them. Daniel came out within an hr and a half of calling him, inspected the A/C Unit and was able to replace the component that had broken. He gave me tidbits of things to look out for with it and everything took 20 minutes tops. Now it's Sunday morning and I'm sitting in my chilled home super grateful for the reliableness, affordableness, friendliness and efficiency of Aguilar A/C. I highly recommend them!

We finally had to have our 20 year old A/C unit replaced. When I reached out to Mountainside Air they were responsive and I could tell they were concerned with getting us what we needed. Tom made the scheduling easy through the entire process and the communication about appointments and the quote were thorough. The team of technicians worked quickly to get the A/C installed and the ductwork updated. Everyone was thoughtful and courteous in my home. The new unit is so quiet and my house is much more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or choice of installer!

I had a very good customer experience with Adam's. I got a good price on a new AC / heating system and profession and friendly service from the installers. And very fast service, which has been a challenge in 2021. I've had to replace older units in other homes through the years so I can compare them and Adam's were very good. I would use them again, but hope I don't need too.
