Best New Hvac System in Phoenix AZ

I have used Taps and his crew for a couple years now at a few different business's. He is always prompt and arrives within 24 hours of my call. Running a business the last thing I want to deal with is finding a reliable HVAC person. He has always brought that ease to each project he has done for me. He is very knowledgeable and has always found a solution to our problem. I have always recommended him to anyone commercial or residential!

Sun Tech went above and beyond. My A/C went out in my rental property over the Labor Day weekend. On the Tuesday following the weekend, they were able to coordinate with the warranty company, get the new A/C unit and worked until 8:30PM that evening to get the new unit installed and running.

We had our AC / Heat unit replaced by Howard Air about a year ago. Everything about the experience from the sales person, the installers, and the maintenance person was positive. I called a lot of AC places looking for quotes; Howard Air was one place that did not treat me like I had no idea what I was talking about. They gave several options all within our price ranges and worked with us on where we had issues with AC and Heat with the old unit. I'm keeping the maintenance agreement with them and highly recommend.

Jimmy is the best!! My daughter and I were without air conditioning, the house was 87 degrees and we were extremely uncomfortable we had a company come out at about 4pm and tell us the coils needed cleaned. I talked to Jimmy while the other technician was there and he came out that same night after hours and beat the other technicians price by almost half.
He also placed coolant into my unit to get me by until I can replace the unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. I would HIGHLY recommend using this company, they will take great care of you.

So I just bought the house 5 months ago and had it inspected there was nothing about exposed wire. When They came to replace the air handler they arrived after I left for work. my lights in the bathroom/closet was working fine. I came home 4 hours later and they stated they that my lights wouldn’t come on in the bathroom/closet where the access point is to my air handler. I asked them what happened they stated they are not sure they went out and fillip some breakers to see if it would come back on. Which it didn’t so I looked around and I couldn’t find anything. So I asked if I can look at there work. I followed the tech in the attic he immediately looked to his left and said we’ll this wire was exposed and I taped it up so nobody would get shocked. And he also stated that had to move some wires out of the way to get the air handler out and the new one in. So they are not taking any responsibility for there mistake they made and on top of that they me to get an electrician to repair a problem that wasn’t there until they got there. I will never return business with this company or recommend them to anyone. This was the 5th attempt to fix a problem with my ac. And it’s still not fixed

Parker and Sons responded immediately as we were experiencing a leak from our whole house water softener. We had to upgrade our plumbing to knock down the water pressure and unfortunately install an entirely new unit. To their credit, the job was completed in just a few hours. This company is the largest in the valley for a reason- they do exceptional work. Thanks especially to Ramesh Turrubiate, Glen Davidson and Larry Selee for their thoughtful, careful and seamless work.

I had my HVAC systems and ducts cleaned. Calvin and Cody D did a great job. They were here diligently working the entire day cleaning the system. I didn't even see them take a break. If they did, it was a short one! They covered all my furniture and swept the floor afterwards. They were friendly and courteous. I am very happy with their work.

George is as absolute wizard. I have used him five times at two different properties with very old HVAC units. Each time, he repaired the units rather than trying to sell me a new one. Each time, the repair costs were incredibly reasonable - much more reasonable than other estimates I received. George is now my go-to HVAC person. I simply will not use any other service than Air Control. I make sure to have George out twice a year for routine maintenance. He now has a maintenance plan that provides twice a year maintenance with discounts on repairs, discounts on new equipment, and extended warranties on repairs and parts. Dealing with George just gets better and better.

Update: During our last visit, I signed up for the maintenance agreement which costs me $13 a month. For that, I get two maintenance services per year and 20% off any repairs. We’ll, I needed a repair and got $68 off the price of the part. My math tells me the $13 per month exactly pays for the two service tune-ups, so I am already $68 ahead of the game due to the repair discount. Again, even though my HVAC is 18 years old, no pressure to replace it. Air Control continues to be the best value in the business and continues to be the only HVAC contractor with which I will do business.

They installed a new heat pump for us. They were not the cheapest but they were the most thorough. They were there on time and also finished on time.

Clay was awesome... Got right to it, diagnosed the issue, had the parts on the truck already, and we were back in business.

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life! We definitely will spread the word and recommend you always!

Nathan was the service tech who serviced our unit. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Courtdeous; wore cloth booties and gloves into the residence. Explained service procedures and work accomplished. A good representative for the Company.

Technician arrived within the design time frame, always very professional and friendly. Gave me a quote for duct cleaning and other suggested maintenance. Very happy with the quality of service I received!!

I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit.
I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT!
I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool.
I will always call Mountainside Air for any of my needs for air conditioning and will definitely tell everyone I know about them!!

Gorilla Air is the best by far. My A/C unit was 18 plus years and needed replacement, Gorilla Air made it happen the next day, I was so happy he could get a crew in that quick. They installed my new unit at an unbeatable cost. I really appreciate Memo and his crew. thank you for making this happen.
