Best New Hvac System in Phoenix AZ

Noah and Michael were extremely helpful and friendly. They assessed the problem with the HVAC and serviced it in record time! Noah even drove to pick up the parts so that I didn’t need to reschedule the job. Michael did the maintenance work in the meantime and thoroughly explained other issues I should address soon. They were both very professional and I appreciated that.

This is my second time using A.P.E.S for plumbing issues. They are a great company to work with. They explain and show all the work that needs repair. The service today was awesome. I would highly recommend this company.

Do not use them! This company is hired through my apartment complex! We continued to have drainage issues on a weekly basis and the techs blamed the complex for not wanting to do what they requested needed to be done. We have a really good Manager and that was not the case at all. This company makes a huge mess when they “try” to fix something and doesn’t clean up anything. When they do come outback on the weekend there window of arrival is 8-5pm. They make everything more difficult than it needs to be!!!

Ernest was absolutely amazing! He sent before and after pictures of both units during maintenance. Parts were recommended to increase the life of the units and he was extremely thorough in his explanations as to why. Super happy with the outcome and follow up. Thank you!

Travis was very professional and prompt. His estimate was fair and spot on. He and his crew fixed my drainage problem ahead of schedule! A real lifesaver!

Had Juan Carlos come and do our scheduled A/C maintenance. He was nice and professional gave me some spots to look at to use my kayaks and for camping. He completed the work quickly and held good conversation which made the whole experience feel better.
