Customer service is excellent! Jason S. was not only a great salesperson, but you can tell his passion is vested in the company as his gollow through went above and beyond the initial meet and greet diagnosis. There were a few hiccups, but they were resolved by the end of the installation. Eric and his colleague were very professional in their demeanor and knowledge of their work. They were also very tidy in their installation techniques leaving minimal to no debris behind after 8hrs of install. Overall, extremely happy thus far, but the true test lies within the coming months and/or with a big rain ?

I want to give their team and the owner Frank a big thx’s . My husband and I contacted this company due to some of the reviews , and I‘m actually shocked to see how great the results were. They came out to give me an estimate last Tuesday, then had my ac up and running by Wednesday due to my crazy schedule . (I was so glad they were able to work around that as well). They really took interests in stuff which I thought were the problems , and from there they were able to explain the procedures they were going to do, which I was thankful for because I didn’t want them making adjustments I might’ve not approved . Called to see about having my air fixed. The man that answered couldn't be bothered to talk into the phone-he mumbled the whole call. I have a national service plan that can be honored by any Rudd authorized dealer. When I asked if they worked with the warranty company his answer was uh. I don't think so.. I said it was a yes/no question. Its getting very hot in my house. He then said no and hung up. Wow. All the great reviews here and this was the first impression? Huh. I won't call them back and try again.

We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

Love that these guys are a local family business. My system was over 15 years old, and these guys were able to come out the next day after it failed, bandaid my current one and gave me a competitive quote.
