Fred, Cesar and Andrew did our install. AZ Perfect system was so accommodating to a current failed HVAC system...they worked with us to find a replacement system and was able to install it the next day. The guys were very professional, informative and got our new units installed and up and running efficiently within the day. Robin, one of the owners, even showed up to check on the progress. Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.

After being a very satisfied customer with a Carrier infinity heat pump for 6 years, it failed. Carrier's design fault- NOT HOWARDS. Howard REPLACED the entire unit. We are really impressed with the professionalism of all the people at Parker and Sons. They did their best to make their services fit into our budget and we very happy with the results. He listened to my explanation of what our unit was doing and used my info to form a troubleshooting plan.
