I requested a bid on a project, describing what I wanted exactly. I was assured this company could do the work. I took time away from work to meet the tech.When the tech arrived, I was told they could not do the work. Huge waste of my time.

Our water heater went out. Called 10pm. Repairman came by 8:30am on Christmas Eve. Quick, professional, tidy.

Our AC went out the day after we got home from the hospital with our first newborn baby. Our house was 96 degrees inside, we were dripping sweat, and our baby was overheated and lethargic. We were frantically calling around to all the AC companies trying to find someone who could come take a look at our AC but no one was available. When Scott heard we had a newborn he took pity on us and moved some things around to fit us in quickly that day. Scott was amazing to work with and was able to get our AC unit replaced in a timely manner. He was so kind and helpful- I recommend him to anyone in the valley!
