This was hands down the best choice for our AC. The 20 year old AC didn’t work when we purchased the property, but it was winter (in AZ lol) so we weren’t too pressed about it. Since this is such a big purchase, we talked interviews many companies. Perfect Comfort had the best mix of customer service, knowledge, value, quality of system, and professionalism. It took us a few months to end up selecting a company since it was winter, then the holidays etc, but they weren’t pushy or “sales-y” in the meantime. Fred came by and assessed our needs and provided the optimum plan for us. He even allowed us to go over our future plans to remodel, and gave us many great suggestions which helped us to put a timeline together for the services (of course we will hire them for!).
Throughout the process, Jana would make sure we had all the information necessary for a smooth install. She was always polite and knowledgeable, and never left us confused or questioning anything.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Fred running the actual install! I’ve heard of the “sales-person” coming to get the business, then leaving the labor for the technicians. It was awesome to see him and the rest of the team doing exactly what he explained months earlier.
We have an older home, and the previous owner was... interesting... anywho, Fred found some questionable AC parts in the attic that he advised me of, and left me with some guidance as to what to do with it. The team completed their job quick and efficiently, and left no trace that they were even there... well except now we have an AMAZING ac unit! Our bill hasn’t changed much either. We went from not having a working unit, to a brand new unit running daily, and haven’t experienced a notable change in our electric bill.
We’re excited to continue our patronage with Perfect Confort and their amazing team. We look forward to our future projects with them, and would 10/10 recommend them to everyone!

REEis was more than i expected in the flex duct work installed through out my home.. from the initial visit to recommend and design the system to the install, all employees were professional, courteous and very cautious of keeping dust and dirt to a minimum. The new ducts and registers improved the home in comfort tremendously.

Alien AC installed our A/C unit for us 8 1/2 years ago. We came home yesterday to a 90 degree house and realized our fan motor wasn't blowing. Comfort One are honest and it’s nice to see they don’t try to get the most money out of a job. They charge you according to the necessity of the Job and no more. Today I had them install 2 new Thermostats and the gentleman was so kind to not only install my thermostats but he also helped me complete me the download on my iPhone. He set everything up for me and even showed me how to change the temps from my phone when I am out. As far as I’m concerned this company goes above and beyond for AZ residents - ??

The Sun Tech technician, Will, was able to properly identify and fix my A/C problem. It turned out a o-ring was not put back properly last year when another company was called out to do the A/C repair.

During the hottest weather so far they gave me the exact help I needed! Looked up my warranty, showed video of my problem (roof-top unit), gave me straight talk about the benefits of new vs repairing, plus a really great price with easy, 5-minute financing and even included some prevention/maintenance tips. Manny was patient, worked to get me a good deal and even offered me a window unit. All that AND a new unit delivered the next day! Total professionals who really want to do right by their customers.

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

I have several issues going on. I have multiple filters. I had another company out and they were unable to fix it but told me a valve was broken and needed replaced. They recommended Parker and Sons. It was great because they were able to come out first thing the next morning. The service guy was able to replace 2 of the 3 filters but was unable to change the 3rd filter because he didn’t have that particular filter. He was able to determine the valve did not need replaced saving me over $600 (I even watched him turn the valve off then back on). They sent another guy that afternoon to replace the 3rd filter, and oddly enough, the valve was now not working, again. I watched it work that morning and watched it not work that same afternoon. He recommended to replace the valve, but also recommended adding a valve for this particularly troubled filter to make it easier in the future. So the guy that came out in the morning is coming out tomorrow morning again to replace the valve, add a valve, and change the filter which the 2nd guy left with me. So it’s been a process but their availability to send someone to service same or next day (I’m about 45 minutes from town so I’m not as easy to get to as someone who lives in town), overall they’re getting it done for me. Just requires a bit of patience since their service people specialize in different things and in my case, it is wasn’t a one man job. Overall I’m happy and will call them in the future since the local company I used prior is no longer in business, I think they retired.

This is a fantastic company to work with if you need HVAC services. I had a problem with a thermostat that needed repair. Larvell my technicians, performed a comprehensive assessment of my unit and provided me with a good understanding of how it was working. I admired how detailed he was!! Mike Jolly is truly the best of the best. He had the best customer service skills we’ve ever encountered before. His knowledge of his trade was extraordinary to put it mildly. We’ve never learned so much about our house he explained everything to us with a sincere happy heart. He made sure not to leave our house until my husband and I knew exactly what we were doing and purchasing with such thoroughness.
