Best Hvac Repair And Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Last year was my first contact with and use of Parker and Sons for maintenance. The first thing that a potential customer should know is that Parker is not one of those outfits that makes you cool your heels waiting interminably for the repairman. The communication is extraordinary. The repair guys are professional, keep you informed about problems they see and If you consent, fix them on the spot. It is not always easy for women to have a comfort zone when dealing with service and repair personnel. That is definitely NOT a problem with Parker. But back to the communication, it's 5 star. Couldn't be happier.

I had a great experience with Rocky who came out and did a camera snake on my property. He offered an affordable fix to a complicated problem and I was very satisfied with the workmanship and customer service. I will definitely keep them on hand for any and all plumbing work I need in the future!

We had a drain problem and Bertin responded almost immediately. He was here within the hour and fixed the problem with our drainage. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and also advised us in order to avoid any other potential issues

Destry reached out to me early letting me know he was wrapping up his work with another customer and could make it out to my location early. I informed him I would not be able to make it back to my house before our scheduled appointment time but there was people there that could let him in to complete the work. He was able to swap out the failed parts and get my range back to working condition all while I was taking care of some other stuff while keeping me informed on the progress. It was a very awesome customer experience.

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

Great Service!! They did lots of work at my home this week and it was top-notch. First I had a clogged kitchen sink and Ty Lindsay was the plumber who cleared the drain. I purchased their VIP Maintenance Policy and purchased an RO system that was installed that day by Peter in a timely manner. Next day under Maintenance Policy purchased, Ty returned to do plumbing inspection and gave me a few suggestions of work to be done. No pressure to do immediately. Yesterday, Trevor McCloskey came out with to do heating inspection and found combustion blower was grinding and rattling. He showed me video on phone of the problem both before and after repair. He checked and it was still under warranty with Rheem so he replaced. All three of these gentlemen were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Patrick Riley Cooling/Heating/Plumbing is my new go to company.

The plumbing tasks performed by Dan were done quickly and cleanly and he was very easy to work with. I plan to use Hayes in the future because I was very pleased with both their scheduling department who were super responsive and informative and with Dan who really knew his business.

Hats off to Penguin Air for having a 5 star employee like Nathan. We need more Nathan's in the business world. Nathan was professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose the problem. After working in my 131 degree attic Nathan deserves 10 stars.I was also impressed with the email received showing techs picture, name and short bio. I've had Donley do plumbing and air conditioning work for me since the 1990s. Probably a bit expensive, but they do it right the first time and are honest about what needs to be done, and they explain why. Definitely will refer them to anyone out there looking to get an estimate, or have work done.

I am really pleased with the recent service I received from this company. I was having issues with a clogged toilet and a slow-draining bathtub. The team was able to swiftly offer an appointment. The plumber arrived the next day, assessed the situation, and advised us to begin by using them on the tub drain rather than resorting to more extreme measures. They cleared a hair blockage, and I've had no troubles in the last few weeks. I hope I don't need their services again very soon, but if I do, I'll surely call them.

12/2020 Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a company from start to finish! Jason the sales representative was great ! He was professional, polite, friendly,and answered all my questions. They sent me a written estimate with discounts quickly. The installation team came on time and did a great job installing both my new AC and my gas furnace. They even fitted and played aluminum sheeting in the furnace area floor. The cleaned up everything before leaving. They came back 2 weeks later for final check and to make sure freon levels were good and that I was happy with my new AC. They installed surge protectors for both the AC and Furnace and installed a new thermostat too. The customer service was also outstanding! I've already recommend them to all my friends!Their prices are better then Parker & Sons and unlike Parker and Sons they weren't pushy and didn't try to sell me a more exspensive unit then I needed . Highly Recommend!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐4/6/2022 5 STARS ! Another great experience with Day & Night thanks to Matthew the plumbing specialist from Day& Night. He came out for my Water heaters annual service. I have their VIP service plan that covers both my water heater and AC. Matthew B. Was fantastic & did a great job! He drained my water heater checked all it's valves and checked all the faucets,toilets and water shut off valves inside the house too. He gave me a replacement price to replace a few valves that were frozen. Matthew called to let me know how soon he would be arriving was punctual, professional & funny! I loved his southern charm and his southern sayings too! He explained what need to be done and sent me an estimate to replace the valves to my email. Thanks for wearing booties in the house too! Highly recommend their VIP service plan. Thanks to the customer service people too for always being friendly,helpful and professional!

We had them out to install a water softener. They were on time and VERY professional!
I was skeptical about this item, BUT my husband wanted it. The first few showers I took I felt oily, I thought maybe it wasnt for me, but then realized it was a CLEAN feeling I was having! I am in LOVE with it now! Less water usage for everything, which for a family of 4 is HUGE. Your hair is softer and fuller, your skin is silky and smooth and laundry seems to be cleaner than ever before!

I have been using ace for over five years! They have been great, honest and to the point. The service team is great! My annual inspect guy showed my my AC was on its last breath so I scheduled a new unit. The installation crew screw the pooch for everyone! Some how they the wires crossed and the thermostat would not turn on the unit. They send out a tech out was 2 hours passed the range of time they give you! At 730am I was told he is on his was and should be 45 minutes. 11:45 he shows up. After about an hour of trying different things and calling a supervisor on what do to next. I said look they need to send out someone who can troubleshoot this in a timely manner. So he leaves. This is Friday, the unit was installed Wednesday. The scheduling people call and said a higher level tech would not be about to my it until Monday. Monday rolls around. The guy does some tests and says it is a bad thermostat. They need to order a new one and it would not be here until Wednesday. Wednesday comes the guy install the new thermostat, it gets fired! The wires were cross or bad from the unit to the thermostat. They order a new one, now scheduled for Friday with a supervisor and a high level tech. They finally get it corrected on Friday by using a different color wire that was not being used to the thermostat. Long story short, the install team cut corner and did not replace the wire to the thermostat and the wire was burnt. They need to take the time to do it right, but they get paid by how many units they install, and dont care about call backs because that is not their job. Too many cooks in the kitchen! And I heard they have new ownership which could be part of the problem. Oh and the install guys got tar all over my garden hose. I told the phone people and the supervisor, yet they did nothing to fix it or clean it. I still have tar on my hose! THANKS!

His team is very professional and competent. They are timely, informative and keep you involved throughout the process. They offer work to fix plumbing problems. I also found her to be quite honest and not arrogant. They will meet your plumbing needs!
