This company is amazing. They came out short notice on a Sunday and fixed the problem within like 25 mins. Chris was our service guy and he was so nice and broken everything down to us about what was wrong and what needs to be done. They don't push anything on you that you don't want or can't afford. I will for sure be calling them again if I ever have problems again. So happy with them!!!!!

Comfort One Air was perfect from start to finish. They were a referral from a customer in the TJ Maxx line who uses them. She was right! From scheduling in the office with Jessica to the arrival of John, the service was spot on. Purchased a new to us home and A/C stopped working. John diagnosed the issues and got it running until a part came in. A/C went out the next day but he hopped right over and found a loose wire and today installed the new fan. Their communication was a breath of fresh air. Comfort One Air is now my go-to company in Phoenix for my HVAC system. Can’t praise them enough!!! Was referred by my MIL who recently had her AC replaced by Arcadia Air recently. We also had a great experience with Jimmy and his team this past week. Received a quote weeks prior after an initial visit and finally had them come out to replace our 15 year old unit. The team was on time, quick, and professional. The crew were all good guys, knowledgable, and worked hard to complete the job asap. New unit is humming along nicely! 10/10, would recommend.

We had some electrical wiring problems that left our living room and kitchen in the dark and on Christmas Eve! And we were hosting Christmas at our house in less than 24 hours! No Christmas tree lights, no light in the dining room, cooking in the dark, ugh. I called several electricians, most didn’t answer their phones, none returned my voicemail. I was about ready to accept that we were going to celebrate Christmas in the dark because none were willing to come out over the holiday weekend, except for Parker and Sons.Scott came out on Christmas Eve and diagnosed that we had a problem with the wires between a couple outlets. He was very professional and was able to get the lights back on! Literally saved Christmas in our home. Thank you!

I want to give an amazing thank you to Hank Wesloski for his professionalism and customer care service he has shown us. Me and my husband talked to Hank with George Brazil and different companies before we had a new 5 ton York air conditioner installed on Thursday....previously we had a 4 ton that was not cooling our backrooms which were added on 10 years ago. We thought we were going to have to buy a splitter or another A/C unit for the back of our home but after Hank came out on a Saturday and looked at everything possible he came up with a solution that no other company did that saved us a ton of money and our back rooms are so cool now. Hank made the process so easy and followed up with us every step of the way like measuring everything like the returns, electric panel, and calling us to keep us updated on every step. He even called 3 days prior to let us know the exact date and time and then as a bonus his office called to make sure we knew when the installer would be arriving. When Hank was at our home I mentioned that our youngest daughter just bought a house and that the A/C was running all the time and to my surprise he asked if he could look at it and we gave her Hank's number and she called him and he came out on a Sunday and got her set-up to have the coils and ductwork cleaned. I wish more companies had employees like Hank.The day of the installation we had Tourin C who called ahead of time and let us know he was on his way with the new A/C and crane. Tourin was also very professional and polite from start to finish. He showed us how to use the the new thermostat, replaced 2 new returns, redirected the drip line, just did so many things to mention.My experience has been wonderful beyond words and I highly recommend calling Hank with George Brazil and having Tourin install. If you need to know anything or having doubts about who to call it's worth the phone call to George Brazil but make sure you ask for Hank and Tourin. We called a day ahead and we’re able to get in next day for routine maintenance. George was prompt, friendly and honest. We enjoyed him and will definitely use him again.

Our AC unit had to be replaced during the height of summer. The expense of replacing an AC unit is no joke! We took our time and reseached for the best service provider because we knew who installs the HVAC unit is more important than the type of unit we buy. We spent two weeks interviewing 8 HVAC contractors and decided to go with Preferred Air over other top listed HVAC companies. Preferred Air gave us the most thorough inspection of our home and the bid was competitive! They are the only one who discussed about duct system, insulation, proper registers per room and took pictures of the attic to help explain the type of work they will perform. Daniel part-owner is very knowlegable and honest. He sat down with us and gave us detailed assessment and information to help us make informed decision. He never pushed anything on us. Daniel answered our follow up questions and provided us with requested documentations promptly. I highly recommend Preferred Air! CHECK THIS COMPANY OUT! They are Better Business Bureau accredited with no complaints. They did a superb job from start to finish. 3 workers showed up on install day and on time. The wokers are all part owners so they really do care about the quality of their workmanship. Daniel came back few days after the install to make sure our home is comfortable. Our family give Preferred Air 10 stars for the premium installation of our AC unit.

Was assigned APEX through my home warranty on June 15th, 2021. Technician was on site withing two days and had to order parts. Today is August 4th, 2021 and A/C is NOT fixed. Called home warranty and APEX and they kept throwing the ball at each other. Finally called my home warranty to cancel my policy and they tried contacting APEX, APEX told them that I canceled the service (which is a lie, I have phone records) Been without A/C for almost two months in AZ at temps over 110 degrees.

Being without A/C is terrifying on these very hot Scottsdale days! They showed up as soon as they possibly could. Nathaniel was smart, courteous, and very helpful. What a lifesaver!

Hired Comfort Experts to do an air quality analysis when our son started experiencing allergy symptoms. These guys put together a package to improve the air quality in our home and it has made a HUGE difference. They also explained to us what we can do on our own to help keep things under control.
