Overrall I think the work done was above average. Where I have a problem was with the cost. To replace my kitchen faucel and flush the water heater it cost over $1,100. Maybe I am living in the past, but that just seems outrageous.

We suddenly had a very bad sewer odor coming into our laundry room. We made a call to Reddi Services. Brent Sanderson was the technician that came and quickly resolved our problem. Brent was courteous, friendly, and professional. Hopefully it will be a long time until we need a plumber. If we do, we definitely will call Reddi Services.

I called Mr Rooter for a shower cartridge repair and a ball valve to turn the water to the home off. The bill was $1,268. I was needing to meet a deadline for the repair for an escrow closing. They had me over the barrel. I did the work and then because I really felt like I had been overcharged I checked with a few other licensed bonded and insured plumbers. Mr Rooter charged me 40 to 50% more than the other plumbers charged. They were unresponsive about any adjustment.
