I’ve used this team 4 or 5 times so far and they have the absolute best service, professionalism and quality of work. I will not hire another plumber in the valley. I found them after 4 bad hires that either didn’t complete their work or didn’t show. Simba is the best by far!

My A/C unit went out and I went online at 4 am and got an appt for a technician to come out the same day for repairs! The tech was awesome, he fixed the unit and explained my options to me. Due to the age of the A/C unit and because we had already talked about replacing the unit soon, we decided to just use Parker and Sons to install a new unit and fix some of our ducting issues. They were able to schedule and get the new install team out the next day!! The cost of the repairs that day was deducted from the cost of the new unit and we are very pleased with this company. I am unsure about costs, I chose not to compare pricing, I knew this company was fast, responsive and reliable, so I went ahead with them. Now my house is cool as ice, and my hot spot has since been fixed with the ducting repairs they did dame day. Definitely recommend calling them for all your A/C needs!

Water was leaking from an exterior pipe on the side of the house. Spoke with Kelly from Arizona Integrity Pluming and he knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. It was the irrigation pipe and even though we no longer used our irrigation system there was still pressure in the pipe. Kelly suggested that we turn off the water to that pipe and to use wd40 since it was rusted. We took Kelly's advice and presto the water leak stopped. Literally all we had to do was turn a handle and Kelly knew that. He is an honest man and he is the perfect example of why Arizona Integrity Pluming lives up to their name!

I came home in the evening with water in the garage from water heater. Joe was prompt at calling me back and scheduling to come out first thing in morning and had new water heater installed by the afternoon. He also talked me thru emptying the tank. Highly recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing.

Showed up 5 hours late for an 8 to 12 window. Leaving and entire apartment complex with no water at peak time around 4pm to 6pm.

I've experimented with several companies over the years and I've been most satisfied with DW. Pricing is never cheap--but it is not supposed to be. It is however very fair! They treat me very well and as a result, I always defer to them--and will continue to do so....New Post: Today 2-21-19 had a Boiler Problem and Casey and Kris showed up within an hour and got me up and running---I'm looking forward to having DW help redesign my Boiler room with some new equipment.

As for everyone, our a/c went out when least expecting it. I called Penguin Air and they quickly sent Nathan W to our rescue. Not only is Nathan W the most knowledgeable, professional, and personable tech on the planet - but we feel like we have a new family friend. We now consider our a/c going out exactly when it did as a blessing! If not, we wouldn’t have met Nathan W. Nathan - you’re the BEST! We also started their very affordable maintenance program and highly recommend Penguin Air. They are amazing!

Plumber visited between 1 and 5, diagnosed leaky pipe, repaired and didn't try to upsell anything else. Thanks for being honest that the water heater was 3 years old and didn't need to be replaced.
