Benefit Air was very responsive from the start to end of the repair process. Their senior tech Chuck was very knowledgeable and was able to find the problem with our system that was restricting air flow to two upstairs bedrooms. He also has made recommendations on proper preventive maintenance, including the use of the properly designed filters.

I highly recommend this company. When it is 111 degrees you cannot afford to chose the wrong AC company! You will also enjoy working with their amiable scheduler Anthony.

Purchased an .75 ton 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi straight cool Mini Split 24.5 seer from Lincoln Air. After researching different brands, I decided on the Mitsubishi system. I received estimates from Lincoln Air and two HVAC companies for the same unit. Lincoln Air price was by far the best. The installation of the unit went very smoothly, the installers did a great job of hiding the wiring from the unit to the electrical box. I would highly recommend using Lincoln Air.

Tyree was amazing! Hands down best tech I’ve had. He stayed until the job was complete no matter the time! Appreciate him going the extra mile to make sure my kiddos and I were safe!

I agree with all of the good reviews here. We moved to Arizona in 2009 and have used Howard Air ever since for servicing, and a new installation on one occasion. There has never been an occasion when I have thought ' Maybe I'll try somebody else next time '. Professional, quality, service and pricing'- that's Howard Air for me. Have never been without a working system at any time.

I was very impressed with Arcadia Air, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of the year. After a couple companies were unable to get on my roof due to the height, Arcadia Air was recommended. With only 1 call on a Monday night at 9pm I was able to get ahold of customer service and Mark was at my house by 10:30pm. Mark was awesome, he was able to get on the roof with the same length ladder as the other companies that weren't. He was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was and he fixed it in a matter of no time. I will definitely use Arcadia Air again! Great customer service, great response time, great quality of work!

I called on a Sunday because our AC unit appeared to have quit blowing cold air. Unsure of the problem, but with the house warming throughout quickly, I called Lee Collins AC. I was impressed with the kind, helpful, and quick customer service and response time even during the weekend on off hours. Joseph was our technician. I appreciated his communication and responsiveness. He was able to get our AC back on track on the same day service call, which we were very grateful for as the the weather is getting warmer by the day! We had a very positive experience with all of their team members that we spoke to that day from scheduling to technician. I would highly recommend Lee Collins AC and will continue to use them for our AC/HVAC maintenance and service in the future.

My service man was absolutely wonderful. Everything was done in a timely fashion. He was conscientious and explained the repairs. Plus, he took it upon himself to call the air conditioning manufacture under warranty, and was able to get me the best price.

Excellent support from a very friendly staff. They came out a serviced my air conditioner. When they were finish they told me exactly what they did and how my air conditioning was holding up. Overall, I give them my highest recommendation.

Mike is wonderful! He had to come out several times to fix our AC unit. He was not only very professional but treated us with respect and empathy for not having working AC July in Arizona. We appreciate his work with a smile. Fair prices, quality work, done with a smile; we couldn’t ask for anything more. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

I appreciated their persistence in getting in contact with my tenant. AC was low on coolant and refrigerant added. Thanks!
