I have had Benefit Air our to my house and my mother’s for a tune up and a pre-purchase analysis. They are honest and true with their assessments. AC is an industry full of scammers. These guys are not paid in commission to install junky parts they are there to help. I can not recommend Benefit Air enough!!

System was running fast cycles and although still cooling the house, I knew something wasn’t right. The condenser line in the attic accessible thru a tiny crawl space was the culprit. After trying first to blow the line clean, the line had to be cut, the clog cleared and the line repaired. Very happy with the extremely professional Tech Stuart and the less than 4 hour call to service arrival. I ended up purchasing a 47 month maintenance plan, which included today’s service cal and repair. Very pleased.

Any time we have needed them they send someone out right away, are able to fix the issue in a timely manner, and their customer service is top notch! Timely and professional work at a good price. Was needing a time pressed HVAC checkover to satisfy a home sale buyer request. Called after work and the techs were there before noon the next day. Would use again in a heartbeat vs. some of the bigger box AC outfits that are always advertising!

Not worth one star. Be warned they are very unpleasant and unprofessional. Never ever on time. Said they'd be out here same day and for 2 weeks continously rescheded. Finally said forget it not worth it. They don't respond to messages nor callbacks. Never ever use them. Unfortunately family swears by them. But absolutely not worth it. I'll stick with George Brazil who are attentive and will come within the time frame.

Our technician was out between the hours they said they would be. He was very efficient and did a great job with the install. He was also very nice and friendly. We love our new system and there’s already a difference with our water. Parker is the best in town!

We've used George Brazil for over 15 years and purchased a A/C unit with them with a 12 year warranty. 11 years into the warranty the A/C started having issues and by the 5th service visit, we were told everything was great. It was until a 115 day hit and we didn't have AC. We called for service and were told because we had the warranty that there were only certain techs could service our AC and no one would come out until the following day between 11-3. The house got to 94 degrees. Service came by 11 the next morning and we were told that we needed a new compressor, but they got it working. 10 days later, we're still waiting to hear back on the new part to ensure that the AC continues to work.

It was a pleasure dealing with George and Mike from Air Control. They gave same day service, explained the problem in great detail and were very efficient and pleasant. Most important their bill was extremely reasonable. I really appreciated their quick service and would not hesitant to call them again.
