Update: This is my second time using Penguin Air and Spencer Zeb was AMAZING!!!! Truly so kind and an extremely valuable resource to Penguin Air. Honest and efficient. Will absolutely request him again.Noel is a Godsend! Extremely knowledgable, fast, honest, and kind. He took the time to help me understand everything and fixed my AC ago even better than before!!!!This company overall is a rare, good company. They have excellent customer service, arrived out to my house SO FAST and kept me updated the whole time. Will always use these guys. Thank you SO much!

Parker and Sons responded immediately as we were experiencing a leak from our whole house water softener. We had to upgrade our plumbing to knock down the water pressure and unfortunately install an entirely new unit. To their credit, the job was completed in just a few hours. This company is the largest in the valley for a reason- they do exceptional work. Sad excuse for an electrical Company they should be embarrassed an ashamed of the garbage craftsmanship and lack of knowledge. So many issues with the new builds in blue horizons community. Maybe hire an actual electrician not just guys who can run romex. Unsafe conditions!
