I went through Home Depot, and they contract with Parker and Sons. The salesperson came out on a Wednesday. Reviewed our options, got financing, and all was installed by Thursday evening (24 hours from sales meeting to completed install!)While they were slightly more expensive than other quotes, I received a lifetime warranty, and they did a phenomenal job. They even arranged to have insulation added to my attic and have a crew come out and fix the drywall they had to remove to fit the air handler into my attic.

We returned from vacation and our A/C had stopped working. It was 96 degrees in the house (in Arizona)! Our home warranty rep had one of their in network businesses call. They wouldn't consider it an emergency and would not come out until 4 days later. Unacceptable!! Contacted George Brazil and they were at our house the same day and handled our A/C problem. Roy Huerta was our tech and he was very knowledgeable and capable. The office personnel were absolutely THE BEST!! They were friendly, courteous and CARED!! We highly recommend George Brazil Heating & A/C!!

Routine service was performed by preferred air and even though I don't think I really needed it, since I don't use the unit but maybe 1 or twice during winter I scheduled this maintenance because of the several texts I received. I thought since this was to be my second covered (no charge) maintenance that I should get it done. So I called scheduled and was told nothing about a fee being due or this would not be covered, she just scheduled and said they will see you Friday. But AFTER the service the tech said the bill will be emailed husband let me know and I called talked to the same lady that scheduled and she says the covered maintenance was up 2 months ago, the lady continues to tell me how I could have asked her and every chance repeats my name throughout the conversation. Yes were I went wrong was assuming it was covered maintenance since I was told 2 but a good company to avoid this would tell you a price and not only that why did I not get those texts 2 months ago, I guess so it wouldn't be covered.

Have been using Above Par for years, technicians are very knowledge, open and forthright, competitive pricing and always do what's right in the most cost effective manner. Very professional and trustworthy.

I called Gorilla Air today and they were able to come the same day and fix my AC unit for a fair price. The came and fixed my AC in less than 4 hours from my call this morning.

My tech was on time and fixed the rattle I was experiencing so it stopped rattling. He was very professional in his work. When we turn on the air he knew right away what the problem was. I have used Adams Refrigeration for over 20 years. Simply put, they are the best. I once had a problem in August and called at around 6:30 on a Sunday morning planning to leave a message. The owner answered the phone and had someone at my house around 10 a.m. to fix the problem! Not sure that would ever happen anywhere else.
