Best Ductless Cooling in Phoenix AZ

When my AC went out on one of the hottest AZ summers Lincoln Air was able to come out the same day! They had my AC fixed and working in no time! Professional customer service with a smile, even in the heat! I highly recommend this company!!

Orlando was friendly and fast. He cleared my kitchen drain in less than 30 minutes!!

I had a bad fan motor in my AC unit. Tap came out and was able to swap it out for me quickly and at a fair price. My AC unit is back up and running and all is well. Tap was easy to work with and straightforward with no up-selling BS like some of the other guys I have tried to deal with in the past. I would highly recommend him.

Worst A/C company I have ever come in contact with. Unfortunately my home warranty “assigned” me to them. First problem- they never called me after being told they would call to set up the appointment. After getting a tech to the house, he wandered inside acting as if he didn’t know what to do. Then he went outside to look at the unit. He took a bunch of parts out and said he didn’t have the part, they would be in contact. This was on a Tuesday. By Thursday, the office called and said they had the part and he would come out to install the following day. He showed up on Friday saying “ I don’t have the part to fix it.” He went to the outside unit, and left without saying anything. I tracked him down on his cell phone. I asked “where are you.” He replied, “ driving around Phoenix looking for your part.” I couldn't believe I had been told they had the part and were coming to install it. (This is PHOENIX in the SUMMER)
I told him to not come back. I called another repair company. They were sympathetic, got a technician out the next day, and fixed the A/C.
My home warranty company One Guard would only reimburse me at what this loser company said would cost to fix it. They were wrong. Once the new motor was installed, the unit was running to many amps and had to be fixed, therefore costing more. One guard would not reimburse me.
Stay away from Sun-tech!

Called for service thru home warranty and I Lucked Out with Pinion Air, quick response for heater repair, great with communication and knew what they were doing, Dial! Am in Real Estate and would recommend to family friends and clients, put them on speed dial!

Of course on Saturday around 12:00AM the air conditioning unit decided to stop working.
I called Howard air within 2 hours we were backup and running. Thank you it was the hottest day of the week.

Our warranty company sent these guys and we couldn’t be happier... Amazing service !!!

Dennis Supernaw was recently at my home to replace all of my under-sink water shut-off valves. They had become corroded over the years and he recommended the Dahl Co. brand as a top replacement model. I researched this and found it to be true. They make the best valves in the market and it seemed like a wise investment to put them in. Dennis showed up on time, was very professional and explained everything clearly while he was working. Impressive experience today with the tech Chris who showed up to do a routine check up on our air conditioning units! He was thorough, took his time and explained everything about what he noticed-- good and in need of work in regards to the units. Appreciated greatly the care he took in covering his shoes prior to entering our home since we have wood floors. In addition, he reset the thermostats, which have been rather confusing on one of the units due to the type installed, but he set them to meet our needs rather quickly. Very impressed.

Daniel came out to our home and helped us with our AC problems. He explained what our problem was in terms easy to understand. He installed our smart thermostat and gave me a quick run down on the set up. He was also very friendly and professional. Any guy that can stand on a roof for an hour or so in the hot AZ heat and still have a smile on his face is the one you want! We highly recommend Preferred Air for your AC troubles!

I was very impressed with the sales and installation of my new AC/Heat pump, which was installed yesterday. I spoke to Ryan on Wednesday December 15th to discuss pricing and installation. Ryan was respectful, courteous and helpful in my decision. The unit was installed yesterday, December 17th by Jeremy who also was courteous and very knowledgeable of the product he was installing and answered all my questions plus did a great job cleaning up when he was finished. It’s awesome to find people like them in today’s world. I can’t say enough positive things about the company, Comfort Experts.

My air conditioner has been out since Monday, today is Thursday, the weather this week has been over 110 degrees every day. I have called them no less than 50 times and so has AHS, no answer...extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and will no doubt never use them again and will cancel AHS unreliable and a waste of money...oh but they got their $100.00 on Monday, that sounds fair...right?

Received an email from Howard Air with the name and photo of the technician. That was the first contact. The technician called before arrival and showed up in the time frame given. He was polite, professional & explained what he needed to do to get our ac back up and running. It was a late night emergency appointment and he was as friendly as if it was the first appt of the day.i highly recommend them for your ac & heating needs.
