I called for help with a power outage affecting two of the rooms in my house. The techs that came out were so helpful and polite. They solved my issue, as well as provided some recommendations for a few other problems they'd observed. Overall great service, I will definitely call them again next time I need help.

Parker and Sons is one of the worst companies I ever belt with. On January 8th,my tankless water heater started linking and I called Parker and Son on the 9th. They came out and stated I needed a new water exchange and they will order the part. They ordered the part on the 9th, and it arrived at their facility on the 12th. Today is the 18th and I’m still waiting. They stated they have to locate the part. They also quoted me one price and now they are charging me $200.00 more. Scott was very professional. He called and arrived when he indicated and gave us a very reasonable price for the work. I would highly recommend A Better Place and will say that we will be using Scott for any future work around our home.
