Barrett came to fix our garbage disposal today and he was excellent! Our problem turned out to be just a measuring spoon stuck in the disposal but he was very quick and efficient and even gave my wife some tips on what to do if that happens again! Taber was amazing today. First off it was a scorching hot day. Taber was in our attic for a good amount of time. He never complained and was in fact quite cheerful. He completed our AC maintenance, explaining everything to me. I will definitely ask for him on our next service call.

I called to schedule an appointment for a diagnosis on my AC unit that stopped working. Daily temps are 114; was assured multiple times that someone would arrive the next day. Waited all day and called to verify that someone was scheduled to come. I was told that they would be arriving later in the day. At 4:32 I was called and told that they are no longer coming and wanted to reschedule for the next day. Explained that I had medical appointments and could not sit at home and continue to wait for them. The customer service agent was extremely rude and had nothing to say except “So, do you want to reschedule or not”? Recommend you use a different company and not waste your time like I did.

Chad was very professional and polite. It was time for a maintenance visit under the Maintenance Plan. He was fast and explained the procedure then completed it. The unit checked out ok, but he did recommend a new surge protector to replace my aging one. In the past I have had these visits turn into a sales pitch for add on components, but Chad never pressured me or tried to sell me anything. I have used Ace for my AC services the past 14 years, I have noticed an improvement in the way I have been treated as a customer in the past couple of years. This visit made me feel like they really do care about their customers and I greatly appreciate it.
