Howard Air's technician, Joe N. was on time and very thorough. He went through the system inside and out, and gave us a few tips on performance and maintenance of the system. He didn't try to up-sell any products or recommend services we didn't really need. I greatly appreciate that kind of customer service.

These guys are outstanding. I own a construction company and wish I could hire employees like they have. Courteous, hard working and very professional. The install took a bit longer due to hard time getting unit into attic but they were determined to get it all done in same day. They brought in 2 more techs to help make that happen. Install took until 9:30 pm but nobody complained. They just busted their butts and got the job done. Well done!!

I agreed and when he was finished he took the time to explain what options I had with Howard AC regarding maintenance. He was clean and well mannered. I've been using Howard Air for several years and have come to depend on them for any AC service needed.

Great service, very knowledgeable and professional. AC had been struggling to keep up with extreme heat this summer and finally stopped cooling bedrooms. I called a local highly rated ac guy who came out checked system pressure said all was good.
Darrel from Island breeze came out check entire system, explained everything he checked and his findings and what it all meant. He was able to complete repairs in a timely fashion and advised do's and don't to prolong ac life span. Bedrooms back to cool.

I am 62 years old and a Veteran, my AC is broken and I contacted this company because they said they do not do a credit check. They lied when they said they do not check credit scores. I am giving you a bad review. My credit score was already low and every time some company like you looks to run my score it gets lower and lower. I have a job and I can make payments but because of companies like yours I have no way to qualify and now I get to continue to suffer in the heat.

Derek is exceptional! We had no hot water in our home. We called Derek and he came the same day and provided an estimate and explained the entire process to me. He even came a second time to explain the work that needed to be done to my husband (he was not home the first time). He rearranged his schedule so he could fix our boiler system so we could get hot water back in the home right away.
