Best Commercial Repair in Phoenix AZ

I used REEis for the first time thru SRP's pre-summer check. The tech,Antonio did a very through check according to the SRP's program's listed items. I was happy, and use them for my other house's pre-summer check. The technician seemed very knowledgeable. He also told me that REEis does not use high pressure sales tactics, will not tell you to buy or do something that you don't need. I'll use them again, they seem to be very reliable, and have good skill technician.

Work was completed on time by qualified tech.
After speaking with Chris and Mike and comparing other company's I felt confident with purchasing a new Trane unit.
They did not disappoint ?.

Requested a bid from company, and made an appointment for 9am, they didn't show or call. i called and they said they would look into it and get back me, they never did. i don't know why i called back but i did, and they finally send over someone later in the day who didn't look at my equipment or the site it was going or anything for that matter, and proceeded to quote me almost double every other bid i have received.
Very unprofessional i would avoid wasting your time here.

Javier Cruz came to my house showed me what’s in my attic or showed me what was not in my attic and recommended we do insulation immediately to help save with my energy consumption. This handsome young man gave me a great deal and my home now stays warmer for a longer amount of time.Demond and Diego came out to install my insulation those two for a class act and would recommend them to anybody. Not only did they get it done in a timely manner, but they also showed me before and after photos.

After my central heating system failed at a terribly inconvenient time, I decided it’d be best to go with several mini splits. Baikal Mechanical gave the best quote of all the companies I checked out, and I liked that they have so many five-star reviews. Now I see why they do. I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if they’re the best HVAC contractors near me. That’s most definitely the feeling I got when I gave them my business in a rather desperate hour.

Comfort One Air is FANTASTIC. We had a broken bracket and they fixed it within an hour. Responded within and hour. The Technician was GREAT! OTHER companies wanted to show up (replace the motor AND bracket even though it's a newer unit and was running VERY COLD prior to the bracket breaking) and Charge $1049, $1200, and $1600 just to fix this. We were charged just a few hundred. Will DEFINITELY use them in the future IF needed. Thank you so much. PLEASE don't hesitate to use them.

Update 11/3/21 Was having issues with my AC blowing warm air. Seems my thermostat went bad and somehow switched to heat. The guys came out and fixed problem and also installed a new Nest wifi thermostat I received for a fairly decent price. They helped do the setup and it looks clean and neat. Will have them back out in March to finish the work I need previously but was delayed due to COVID and money constraints.

I would highly recommend using Preferred Air going forward for all my HVAC needs. My AC unit leaked through the ceiling of my new build home. My home owners insurance would cover the mitigation and reconstruction but not the AC repair. I had called another well known HVAC company that came out twice. The first person came out literally did nothing and said it was my p-trap was clogged. Second person comes out and said I needed a new main tray and secondary overflow tray. Quoted me a large amount over 2K. Daniel from Preferred Air came out within few hours went into the attic, diagnosed the issue, made a few adjustments at no additional cost. He also was able to determine the builder had possibly damaged the unit during installation and rigged my pans to hide the fact and finally it leaked through. He confirmed the main pan was most likely cracked and offered a more palatable explaination and price for the repair. All at half the price of the diagnostic visit I had previously paid with the other company. A true honest and upfront company that I would use in the future along with my friends. I decided to use Preferred Air based of earlier reviews I had read and decided to leave one myself so other can know they are great company.

Mark was on time, very professional and straight to the point. Fixed my AC in less than 30 mins!

We feel like we won the lotto with this company! We are extremely happy with their fast response and professionalism. I can now say we no longer have to keep searching for an AC company! Thank god! Unlike most AC companies we had in the past, they knew the problem immediately with no round abouts and no answers like, I think you may have this problem or I'm not sure what's really wrong with your AC which drove me Bunkers from other companies. They straight out told us what was wrong and what had to be done immediately. You can feel it when you know you have found a very knowledgable AC guy. We knew we did right away! We honestly thought we wouldn't have AC for 9 days and having pets made it more difficult. But I was wrong. They came out the next day after we made the purchase of the new AC unit. I can honestly say by far, these guys are awesome! My husband and I can't thank you enough Ryan! You and your team have truly saved us and our pets. They are sure happy now! They have us for life! We definitely will spread the word and recommend you always!

We had a lightning strike close to our upstairs refrigeration unit rendering it inoperative. Howard Air's response was reasonably prompt. They checked our unit, removed two destroyed circuit boards, installed a different temporary thermostat, and restored cooling until new circuit boards were ordered and received. Upon receipt of the new parts, they were installed, the smart thermostat was reinstalled, and there was no charge under the 10 year refrigeration warranty. Very happy with Howard Air's service.
