Technician was on time and very courteous. Explained all procedures in detail and his findings and recommendations. I felt the price quoted was fair and he didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing any services.

Very quick to set up appointment. Service was done quickly and politely. I was told job would take about 3 hours to complete, however the tech knew what he was doing and was done in half the time. Tech was friendly, explained everything he was going to do. All in all a very good experience, will definitely be using them again.

Would never recommend this company to anyone. What was supposed to be a one time service deal which I paid for ending up being a monthly service that i didn't want & when I cancelled they charge me 267 dollars for early cancellation they calledit. They charged me for services they was never rendered. Scammed me out of my money.

I spoke with Heather over the phone to schedule a termite inspection. I have a lot of questions regards their treatment, cost and procedures. She doesn’t know a thing. All she does is to sep up an appointment, really? Appointment without even knowing how much is going to cost me and how they will address the situation? She hung up the phone on me, so rude and unprofessional. I had the worse experience ever. If that is just the Custumer service I don’t want to imagine working with them. RED FLAG from beginning. The only reason I called is because my friend referred me to them but I will not hire them for anything and I will never refer any of my family and friends.

Found that bees had moved into my eaves. Called ASAP on Sunday night and made an appointment for removal first thing Monday morning. Contacting ASAP was easy, they showed up on time, professionally resolved my bee problem, and provided a great value! ASAP even took steps to ensure that the bees don't return and provide a warranty if they do! It's been three weeks now and no bees! I am a very satisfied customer!

We called a few Exterminators for quotes. I did some research on the type of chemical they would be using to treat our house for Termites.We decided to go with Invader Pest control and couldn't be happier. It was reasonably priced. Will was our technician and took his time and paid close attention to every detail and concern I had. The whole process was not stressful and I feel confident our house will be protected from Termites. John who came out to measure and do the quote was also very friendly and professional. We had a contract with Terminex before and it was like a 360 degree turn in the right direction from the joke and expensive service Terminex offers. Terminex wouldnt even drill down into my concrete slab around my house. Will from Invader was very careful drilling and patched and cleaned any drilling or trenches that he made to apply our treatment. Hands down Invader did a great job at a reasonable price. Update Will came out again today. He always does a great Job. The honored the warranty and I will continue to use Invader pest control in the future.

I was extremely pleased with Scott. He did an excellent job and explained everything to me and followed up with recommendations to prevent further problems.

My appt was today. Brian is my tech. Called and came in and said he be there in 30 min. Did an excellent job. Made sure he got the areas that may be German cockroaches. Haven’t seen any after he sprayed and did the traps. Only saw about 2 to 3 before he came. And transferred to a new place. Overall green home pest control are awsome and excellent business with German cockroaches. Brian did come in a timely manner and got all of it done precisely. Great tech!!!
