I had noticed a couple of horizontal cracks in my stem wall, called a number of foundation contractors but AZ foundation Solutions was the most knowledgeable. Victor came out to my house was very helpful, answered all my questions on the stem wall, as well as recommended rain gutters as a preventative measure to keep water away from the foundation of my house. Kyle and Barron came out to do the stem wall repair, they did a great job, explained the whole process, were very personable and cleaned up after they were done. Shawn did the rain gutter installation, he explained the steps involved in installing the rain gutters, did a great job installing and cleaned up after he was done. Actually the rain gutters make the whole house look a bit nicer. Lastly I worked with Izzy in accounting, she kept tight communication with me on the billing and was also very personable.
