Chris at Alien Air was fair and honest. My roof A/C was replaced without any problems, the crew got to my place at 6 am and was done in 3 hours. The employees were extremely professional and answered all my questions. I was very surprised to have such honesty from a company. Chris decided I didn't need any ductwork and saved me $1100. Ronald Fendrick was the tech that arrived and diagnosed the problems with my system and together, we came up with the solution to replace our antiquated system. He was very professional and knowledgeable and treated us like family. We've had a bad experience with another HVAC company and as our system was down, they told us they could get to us in a week. I called ACE at 11:15am and Ronald was here a little after 2:00pm.....the same day!!! And gave us an incredible deal on our new unit which was installed the very next day! It doesn't get any better than that. And Ronald was the best and kept our interest and wishes first and foremost.

Installation of two new a/c units with air handlers. George, Carlos and Jordan were excellent, the three guys got both units installed in a day, they were very professional, clean, friendly and did a great job. Arrived on time and explained process and new system thoroughly. Estimator/salesman - Gary was also very professional, knowledgeable and one of the reasons we decided to use Howard Air.

I had an AC issue a few months ago and Matt was great to work with. I'm actually writing this review because I have to get more AC work done on another property and will reahd out to Lee Collins and requested Matt again!!

Shower valve gave up and I couldn’t shut off the water going full blast into a tub. I had to shut down the water to the home, but due to a very recent and painful surgery I needed the water back on ASAP and unable to do it myself. P&S jumped on it and scheduled us for a very fast response. Michael was here by 2:00 pm and by 2:30 our issue was repaired. Polite, efficient and professional company and employees. They may cost a bit more than others, but they made up for it in several ways. A huge thank you to everyone.

When my AC quit on me in the middle of a holiday (July 4) Larvell came out and did a great job making my house livable again. Very professional and personable. I will call Goliath Mechanical for any future issues with my HVAC.

The initial installation was great. Scheduling maintenance is where they fall short. They have never, ever done well with scheduling maintenance. After the free maintenance that was included with the purchase of a new system, we purchased a pre-paid VIP maintenance program. Every appointment has been changed, no show or rescheduled months out from the original appointment. We were scheduled for maintenance from 10-2 today. They called at 9:30 to reschedule for more than a month from now. VIP? I think they need to change the name of the program.

I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself or my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out and I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before. I had an appointment scheduled for this company to fix a minor issue with my air-conditioning and the company said they left myself and my husband’s Apple messages to which they didn’t and when I called to see what was up and if the company was actually coming out they said “oh we didn’t respond to our messages so we can’t send a tech out”. Go to companies try to call you again prior to coming out for an appointment and not just one and done. I had to re-confirm the appointment and go through everything all over again I had done the night before with my issue. The gentleman I spoke to then proceeded to tell me again this is my fault I didn’t answer my phone even though they had the wrong number and “that the ball was in my court and I could decide if I wanted my AC fixed or not”

I work in Industry where we use a lot of companies for air-conditioning and plumbing and they said the worst customer service I’ve ever received. Dementia and even though this was a minor fix that needed to be addressed I have a baby so I can’t have my house 100+ degrees that’s why I needed this fixed so quickly. Did not expect the treated so poorly to be interrupted and to be treated aggressively when I asked a question on why are you going through this all again I thought I had an appointment scheduled. I’ll be using the family ever again and I will be telling all my industry partners in multi family, real estate as well as my family and friends to not use this company based upon the customer service and lack of follow through from this company.

Service was great. Mark our technician was awesome. Would highly recommend this business.
