Best Air Conditioning Installation / Repair in Phoenix AZ

This is the first time I used Benefit AC, after being referred by a friend. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the person who took my call was very professional and friendly. On the day of my service, the technician, Grafton, called ahead to let me know he would be there shortly. He did a thorough job, came and showed me the results. He was very polite and professional. Much better than the last company I had! I will definitely be using Benefit AC again!

Stephen Baker did an excellent job in repairing our A/C. He was friendly, helpful in answering questions, and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend him.

I had Mike come out early today. After leaving them a voicemail at 4 in the morning. They replied to me even before they opened for business. And had Mike come out just before 10am. And before the heat got too bad. He did a great job explaining. And going over options. And made short work of the issue we were having. I could tell he was recommending what was best for us. And not what would make them more money. Really appreciate that kind of honesty. Alien, you just earned yourself another long term customer. Thanks again Mike!

Every step of the way, Rising Sun Air was communicative. They called and asked if it was ok to come by even earlier than planned by 4 hours which was great. When scheduling with Pamela originally, I spoke to Adrian, the owner, on the phone and was price matched from a quote the previous day by a different company. Rising Sun had the parts ready to go, their competitors did not. Adrian even came to the house to help Kevin, the technician, and quoted me a great price for a new 5 ton unit. Great overall experience. They have earned my business and my word of mouth moving forward.

Yogi was quick to respond, efficient, and knowledgeable in ac unit work. He literally took his time figuring out why our ac unit was whistling and rattling. I hired other techs before, and they did not go above and beyond like Yogi did! My family is very pleased with the noiseless ac now that the ac unit is sealed properly! ? and all for a great price to! He really does care for his clients and doesn't tiptoe around any issues. I highly recommend him!

Miguel called an hour prior to arrival and arrived at the expected time. He was friendly, polite and professional. Inspection completed in a timely manner...and I needed no repairs!!! Yeah! I always us Howard Air for my twice annual A/C inspection and any needed repairs

Well - three servicemen had to come out and it took 5 days to get the part --- meanwhile I WAS staying warm with a borrowed small heater. I still do not have an itemized statement and receipt. However, my heating system is now fixed and I am warm again.....thank you.

Justin L & Tony H showed up on time. I have to say these guys were on point. They explained what they were going to do and answered any questions that I had. They covered everything that needed to be covered. Installation went well and my new HVAC system ac/heating worked perfectly. When they left you would never know that they were here but the work was done. That’s the way it’s supposed be. I will use George Brazil to replace my bigger unit.

I previously had a larger AC company come out to service my unit. They told me I needed a new unit and scheduled an appointment with a sales person immediately. I spoke to George on the phone, who knew just from a phone call, that my issue was an air flow problem, not a unit problem. He came out the following week, looked everything over, installed a new return to help with air flow issue, and said I should be good to go for a while. He said I did not need a new unit. George saved me over $10k! His honesty and commitment to customer service made me switch companies. So grateful for his time and expertise. Highly recommend.

Daniel and Samantha were both a delight to work with and they loaned us a temporary portable AC unit to get us through the Phoenix inferno in the days before installation of the new unit.

I am beyond frustrated and upset! It’s been 117 degrees the last week and our AC went out last Wednesday so I put in a request for service through our home warranty AHS! They assigned this company and I called them the next day and they were not able to send anyone out until Sunday between 8am-2pm in the mean time my family of 6 are all sleeping in 1 room with a small portable AC waiting and Sunday came and no call and nobody showed up and of course the office is closed so you can’t get ahold of anyone so I called AHS let them know the situation and they told me either them or the AC company will be calling me that day. No one called so I called Apex Monday at 8am when they opened and they said idk what happened the orders here but it didn’t dispatch we’re so sorry we will have someone come out today between 1pm-5pm and you’ll get a call from the technician. So I waited again and knowing they close at 5 pm I started getting nervous around 3pm and still no call I decided to call the office to just check in and it said the office is closed and there was no ability to leave a message! I waited until 5pm giving them the benefit of the doubt but 5pm rolled around and nothing. I again called AHS who I spent 3 hours on the phone with getting no where! They said they have to wait for the AC company to respond and tell them why they didn’t come out! So in the meantime they are leaving my family to die in the AZ summer heat with no AC and we can’t even get the warranty company to get us a hotel room! I am super disappointed in this AC company!

I highly recommend Above Par. They came out the same day and fixed the AC quickly. Clay has a great team including Mark who was very knowledgeable and nice!!
