Best A/C Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I have been using the crew at Scottsdale Air since 2001. There is absolutely no one else in the AC industry that I will work with. They have done all of the system replacements, repairs, and maintenance on all of my properties and I have never once had an issue with them. They will always go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I have been referring them to family and friends for years, and I only wish they did electrical and plumbing too.

Words are not enough to express how thankful I am that I found AZ Perfect Comfort. Since I moved to AZ 6 years ago, one of my biggest complains is the lack of great customer service. I spoke with a rep at AZ Perfect, she answered the phone at the second ring, she had great attitude, and she was able to scheduled me for service right away. The day of the estimate and installation of A/C unit for my garage. Fred and his team were right on time. Even my wife called me to express her satisfaction. I would highly recommend them, they are the best in Arizona!!!

Robert was here to replace my water heater in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable of the situation at hand and very informative and up to date in codes and why things work the way they do and at times have failures. We got our HVAC unit repaired from Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company. Technicians were attentive and cleaned it wonderfully. Its working as new.

We just recently had our 11 year old Trane system serviced and they did a great job. They were tidy, cleaned up any stray insulation under our attic access and clearly explained what they checked.

They arrived on time and upon checking and found that two of the capacitors to help start the fans and the compressed were beginning to fail. Thrilled they found this BEFORE the summer heat had sent in. Pricing was very fair and I would recommend them to anyone!

Pinon Air is not notch. The company that my warranty company sent to install a new A.C. unit did such a terrible job that after 2 months, I ended up with significant water damage due to improper installation. I hired Pinon Air and paid out of pocket because warranty co. denied my claim and I can't say enough how happy I am with Yogi. He was professional, communicated with me, sent me before and after pictures. Quoted me a price and stuck by that quote even though it took him longer than anticipated to correct the mess. I will continue to use his company.

My husband and I hired Parker And Sons to install and purchase a new air conditioner. They were very professional and friendly. Our installers, Johnny and Tommy were very professional. They did an amazing job, it was an all day installation. They showed me pictures of everything they did in the attic.Great workmanship! They cleaned up and swept the area when they were done.I highly recommend Parker And Sons, from the beginning to the end of the job, they were the utmost professionals! Job well done!!

I've never used Goliath Mechanical before. Larvell arrived on time. He was personable and professional when it came to dealing with customers. He answered all of my questions and explained what he was going to do in great detail. He kept me updated every step of the way. His job was excellent, and I was pleased with it. We’ve been using them now for years, initially to maintain our existing unit and now with a brand York Unit install. The process has been amazing. They even send out a quality control inspector to assure all is properly done. He was also amazing and super knowledgeable. Just 5 stars all the way and not one reschedule or late arrival ever!
