Anthony is always great to deal with when setting up the appointments and always takes care of me. Caleb came out and did the maintenance for the heating unit and did a great job.

Thank goodness for Lincoln Air! Our AC unit had been broken for quite some time, and Arizona heat is nothing to play around with. We needed it fixed ASAP! We called a family friend to take a look at our broken unit and we were quoted thousands of dollars worth of work and equipment. It wasn't until we called Lincoln Air out that we found out it wasn't as expensive as we thought. They were able to find us a less expensive repair and provide us with excellent service! The employees are timely and kind, the office is polite, and the work is fast, efficient, and appropriately priced. I DEFINITELY recommend Lincoln Air!

I must say: Baikal Mechanical is the real deal. They made it so easy to get exhaust fan motor replacement for an affordable price. They were much more affordable than other local businesses who could’ve done this for me. Plus, I got a good vibe when I reached out and spoke to their customer care rep. Called on a SUNDAY morning to see if he could replace fan on AC system. He was very busy that morning but still managed to come within a couple of hours and fix it and didn't gouge on the price or charge for weekend. AC shut down, late Sunday night prompting an emergency service request to George Brazil. Mike called ahead to let us know when to expect him. Even tho late and I'm sure he had a long day he was pleasant, diagnosed the issue and checked out the system over all. Mike answered every question explaing the issue in detail. He had the parts on with him. Gave us a quote with options. And at our request installed them and got us back up running. It was after 12 midnight when he was done. Professional in every respect. We've used GB for a number of years and always had good service.

George was attentive, professional and completed our AC repair in a timely manner. Losing AC during an Arizona summer is never a good thing and George had a tech dispatched early the next morning after our after-hour call.
