Penguin air is hands down the BEST place to go for service! From my first plone call until my installation they were very professional! Derrick Mccormack was honest and professional from estimate to installation! He explained everything to us in detail that he had done on our car charger install. Other estimates I got were double one was triple Penguin Airs cost for the same job!! Any Electrical, Plumbing,or AC i need I will DEFINITELY call Penguin Air!!!

My garbage disposal stopped working Sunday, and Parker and Sons sent out a tech the next day. Extremely fast service. Darrell is an absolute top tier tech. He is extremely personable, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He got my assume solved in a quick amount of time, while also answering my questions about life span of the products and even helping to get me schedule on a water softener I need replaced (who is also coming out today - talk about quick service!).I will absolutely be using Parker and Sons again the future. Scott & his side kick Austin did a fabulous job of cleaning up after themselves. Though, professional, educated me as they went about their repairs. Communicated with me on what needed to be done, and ran to store for needed parts as they came into unknown issues. Very pleased with this company.
