Feared the worse, but hoped for the best and found it!!! We had an issue with draining from our bathrooms tub and shower, and dreaded the thought of what a 50 yo house might throw at us. Sako was awesome! Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I like that he had a tablet and was able to show me a few things that needed to b replaced on my HVAC system. Pictures make all the difference. He explained in detail what needed to be replaced while still under warranty.He made a great impression when he first came into my home. I was impressed by his mannerism. Very polite! He SMILED!A smile is huge in my life! Good to see employees who seem to be happy and secure. It's a win-win for both Day and Night and Sako.

Christopher, Mark, Alexis, Trevor all did a fantastic job. They were prompt very courteous, and did a very clean job in a very fast manner. They were done with a full AC install and duct replacement in under 10 hours. My unit is running well, I spent a bit more than I planned but the service I received was well worth it. Even though I spent more than I wanted their bid for this job was better or equal to the other 4 companies I had out. Tyler was my service tech that set up the job and he was great to work with as well. Overall very satisfied with the techs we had, work that was done and overall satisfaction. Great job!!

Came out and said there was a leak, added 3.8lbs of 410a for $200 (50$/lb). Said everything was working great now, stopped cooling hours later- came back out and the unit was completely empty somehow (12lbs, -$600). Took apart the unit, bending the back side of the unit in the process because he forgot to remove a screw, pulled the wires from the compressor fan completely through the unit and set the fan against my fence. Found the leak and said it would be a $1900 repair with looking at nothing but the calculator app on his phone. Asked if he could give me a few quotes for new models and he said he would the next day. Screwed the fan back in while i was standing out there watching the whole time and didn't hook the unit back up how it was when he arrived, fan completely disconnected. Seemed disgruntled when i said he needed to put it back how it was when he arrived. That was July 26th and I still have not received any quotes or any callbacks. I would not recommend this company. I had another company come out and they were able to weld and repair the leak for a much more reasonable price, something that was not even an option on the table with Comfort Experts.

Thank you for coming out so quickly on a Friday evening. I called hoping a could get someone out here tomorrow, but they had someone out here in less than an hour. The manager Vernon took the time to come out himself and get me back up and running in no time. This is the third time that I have used them and no doubt I will call them again.

Our technician Trevor was awesome! He was professional, courteous and took the time to explain all options - costs - and rational prior to me making any decisions. I had previously used another company and I felt like they were working on commission and only wanted to up-sell me. By having all the information I feel I made sound decisions and feel totally satisfied with the service provided. I love using a local company that delivers. ALSO, this was a last minute call and we were looking at additional costs for an after hours call. It ends up Trevor finished a call early and I did not have to pay for after hour calls. Great customer service .... thank you!

When my 22 year old electric water heater started to fail I started calling around to get quotes. I wanted to switch over to gas, we already had a line for it, but after speaking w several different companies I learned it might not be an easy swap. Scott’s quoted me the best price but let me know for an exact price they would have to come out to see what needed to be done to bring it to code. Although I had a bit of sticker shock I knew that any other company would end up being higher as well after they came and assessed what needed to be done.

The next day Jose came to do the install and went above and beyond my expectations! Not only did he install a beautiful new unit, he went beyond by reattaching my dryer hose that was previously detached and trapped behind the old water heater. I now have a pedestal so the dryer hose runs under and don’t need to worry about it becoming detached again.

I would recommend Scott’s AZ services to my best friend and have their card on my fridge for any future needs, they do a/c, plumbing, electrical and filtration.
