My AC stopped working at about 2:00 in the morning. I called at 7:00 and they had a tech to my house by noon and he had my system running by 1:30. I couldn't be happier with the rapid response and the professionalism of the tech. Will definatly recommend and use again.

Tim and company installed a new HVAC system for us a few years ago, a variable speed top of the line Trane system that has worked like a dream. Recently they have been helping with our secondary system, installed by a different company. I'm always impressed at how knowledgeable they are about HVAC, and how they can explain in terms I can understand, so I can make informed decisions about how to proceed.

I've had *many* bad experiences with other Phoenix-area HVAC companies, so if that's you - just trust the reviews, these guys will take care of you. Everything I've learned about HVAC installs has been from ones that have gone bad due to bad installers (other companies), so you have to be able to trust the company that does your install... it's a huge investment. A&M provided me with honest and quick service. They worked with me to get the best deal possible on a new HVAC system. They were amazing in their ability to remove and install my new unit in very rough terrain. Their customer service is excellent. Since I was unable to be present during the installation, they kept me informed through phone calls, emails, texts, photos and videos. Considering the mess of installation, their cleaned up was immaculate. They have gone out of their way to provide help with every aspect of the a new system, and I can rest assured that they will help me maintain my system for years to come.

Valley's Best Heating and Air Conditioning is the best and most affordable company I have found. Our air was no longer blowing cold and we just surpassed the 100-degree mark for the year. Val was able to get to us within an hour (as a first-time customer that hadn't used their services ever before!). He assessed the unit/issue and explained to us, in terms we'd understand, what that meant, what it'd cost and when they would be able to get us in if we'd like to move forward with it. We agreed upon a price and Val was able to do the repairs right then & there. When Val didn't have one of the parts he needed another tech swung by to get him the part and lend a hand.

(As a side note, I had called a different company a couple weeks earlier to just install a Google Nest thermostat which ended with them spending 3 hours heating my place up to 88 degrees and let me know that they would need to perform $3400 of work to replace some valve on the unit in order for it to work with the Nest OR replace the unit for $10-$20K. I asked if he could just return the system to the way it was before he did anything, which he did for $80. So, $80 to heat my house up for 3 hours and not install the thermostat, Thanks but no thanks Larson's Air Conditioning.)

The owner of Valley's Best H & A/C, Chase, stopped by to see how things were progressing as well as looking at duct and plumbing work in the attic. Chase made notes of all the things he noticed that he'd suggest addressing. He worked up an estimate of what those repairs would cost. There was never the, “if you don't do X, Y, Z & 1, 2, 3, really soon your pipes will probably start leaking, cause mold, all your ac is escaping because you need more insulation, etc., etc. pressure. It was simply a hey this is what I suggest and why and if you want to choose our company to do that work this is what it would cost. He even threw in a free inspection at a later date!

No one likes spending lots of money but with Valley's Best Heating & Air Conditioning you don't have the anxiety of wondering about the quality of service you'll receive or being talked into something you do not need. At no time was there ever a conversation about a needing a new unit, where others just try to scare you into big repairs and then bridge that to just buying a new unit. I will be having them address all my Heating & A/C needs.

There are bad times for your AC to die, and there are horrible times. July is definitely a horrible time, and ours died on a Sunday night in July. First we spent Monday trying to deal with the Home Warranty company, what a joke that was. We had a contractor lined up for Wednesday, then found out they didn't have a ladder tall enough. Home Warranty company then wanted us to wait until Friday to have someone else check it out, as if we should feel privileged with a timeline of 5 days without AC in July, in Phoenix. Not a chance. Monday night we had a local professional come over to tell us the unit needed to be replaced.

On Tuesday we made a few calls and Sun Devil was the first to respond. They came out quickly to put a proposal together, and theirs had the best value for us, especially with a financing option. That alone put our minds more at ease, even while we were uncomfortable in the summer heat. We were able to move quickly with application, with financing approval, and scheduling (all over the phone) installation for first thing Wednesday morning with a crane.

Installation was seamless. Everyone was on time and the project went smoothly. Such a relief to have someone act like they care about you. Would recommend Sun Devil to others for their fast, efficient service.

I called with a high humidity ongoing issue with our AC in our apartment. Our management companies AC company dismissed us several times. I spoke with Bruce today who was generous with his knowledge and got an experienced technician out the same day. Pete did a through investigation and found the problem a TXV value. Their prices are reasonable and very honest. Highly recommend them!
