When seasonal service, Fall of 2020, was needed for our existing HVAC units, we had decided to make a change of service provider. After doing our research, we chose Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing. The service tech's name was Dayton. He provided excellent and professional service, and answered all of our questions regarding age of units and current condition. There were no urgent repairs required.When deciding on our 2021 project goals, replacement of ouraging HVAC units was added to the list. Hays familiarity with the specific brand we prefer, provided an easy decision of who to contact first.Dayton had been chosen to return to have the discussion with us. We wanted to upgrade our units within the same brand. Dayton's excellent product knowledge, and recommendations based our specific wants and needs, provided us with confidence in our choice.This is a big investment. We appreciated his no pressure approach and professionalism....We are ready for the next step of the process!

Our technician, Zeb Spencer, was great. Very professional and thorough. He explained everything that he did during our appointment. We were very satisfied with our service call.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. We chose Hobaica Services to install our new HVAC system after getting several quotes. The combination of friendliness, thoroughness and price convinced us and we were not disappointed. Tristan and Ivan were on time, very friendly, efficient and installed everything correctly. Seemingly little things that could have added up, like a new scuttle and replacement cold air returns were included. We are very happy with our new system and are eager to feel the difference this summer!

Cody at Desert Diamond Air was fantastic. My air conditioner in the house was on and off making a noise and then it stop completely and I could smell burnt rubber. I turned it off and thought now what am I to do. It was 9:30 in the evening. I google air conditioning companies and theirs came up at the top open 24 hours. I called and he came within and hour and fix my air. I am so grateful for his service. Thank You and I do recommend them.

Tech was promptly on-time. Checked the unit and went in and looked at the return. Very professional and I highly recommend them for your AC needs!

Unit had gone out called to get checked out .Moises went immediately ..turns out it only needed maintence ..Very honest responsible,communicative, and gave several recommendations! They're the best!

My 3 years old (still under warranty) water heater was not working so I called them to take a look and fix it. Scheduling was for the following day. The technician arrived and said it would take a while to diagnose so I went on with my work and let him do the diagnose. After approx 1 hour, the tech told me that it would take around 3 hours of labor to fix it and the parts were under warranty, and quoted me around $1300 for 3 hours of labor. But, that was just a tactic because he was trying to sell me a new water heater for around the same price! Instead if trying to fix my water heater they tried to sell me a new one and if I didn't want one I had to pay a $89 evaluation fee. Funny how I was told that they don't really do small repairs(like mine) but they usually focus on replacing not fixing. I wish I would have been told that before scheduling the appointment. Anyways, I don't think that the technician did much to evaluate my water heater because almost half of the time he was in the van talking on the phone, and his testing / tool kit was never open when I was going to check on him(at least 3 times in 1 hour). I think they tried to sell me a new unit and since I didn't want to, I got charged $89 just to be told they don't do small repairs.
If you are in a need of a small repair, be sure to avoid them and find someone else.

My A/C broke and it needed to be replaced I called King mechanical the owner came to my house in 30 minutes he gave me an amazing deal on a new A/C unit. The installers came in record time and installed the new A/C unit. This is a wonderful company I am extremely satisfied with there work. Friendly professional and reasonable prices. I would highly recommend this company.

Sam and Mario came out this morning to re-route some duct work and balance the air flow. Got it done and now all's working fine.

I can’t say enough great things about JustAir and the excellent service they provide. James is very knowledgeable and arrived within 2 hours of my call - he worked late into the night to fix my unit. He didn’t try to upsell me, however, I ended up installing a new unit, new ductwork and a return at a very reasonable cost. I can’t believe the difference!
