Our rental company sent out Jose and Gabriel to fix the plumbing issues we started having in our rental house. They did everything they could to recreate the loud pop and vibrating pipes I had experienced with the shower but were unable to. They put a new shower head on and that seemed to have fixed the problem! They also fixed the spare shower leak and the toilet flushing issues and discovered the water pressure in the house was to high which could have caused issues in the future. The were able to get everything repaired every perfectly, quickly and professionally. We’ve had them out in the past to replace the water heater and have nothing but amazing things to say about the company and the individuals. Will def use them in the future when we have a house of our own!!

Jack. Z. from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing was very professional and also very personable. He came out in the peak of summer. Literally 118 degrees out and gave me a straight forward, no nonense estimate on replacing my failing 16 year old heat pump. The installers from Hays did a great job. It was installed quickly and cleanly. I even got a new air filter return which was a much needed upgrade from the original. Our aging a/c had a multitude of issues and our downstairs was quite warm. We had 2 different a/c repairman out and both couldn't fix it and recommended a new a/c. We lined up quotes from these and other companies including Penguin Air. What impressed us about Penguin Air was Jeramie came out on a Sunday afternoon while others either didn't call back or were not available until Monday. He came out gave us a quote which was considerably less then the other two. He also gave us 3 years service on top of that quote. It was also a plus that the install could happen Monday morning. Jeramie was professional and honest. The install team was wonderful. Jake was fantastic. Our a/c initially was having trouble when it started, difficulty cooling right away. I called Jake and he came back out to take a look. Jake tested it and it all tested correctly. It was still have trouble later that evening, we called and Jace (?) came back out and put a hard starter on and added more Freon. Apparently it was too hot to test the Freon levels accurately in the day. Whatever the reason, this seemed to fix it. I appreciate that the install/tech answered and came back out and that when we still had trouble the warranty tech came right out. Excellent service all around. Very pleased.

Robert was on time and conducted himself in a polite and professional manner. He walked me through step by step on what was needed to find and repair a gas leak. He completed each task in a timely manner. I would recommend Quick Fix 24/7 to anyone looking for someone who is honest, reliable, and efficient.

Justin of Hobaica replaced a faulty breaker that ran our cloths dryer. He was professional, knowledgeable and very nice to talk to. He explained everything he was doing and why the breaker was faulty. Hobaica has a new customer and I have a new go to repair person.

Mike S showed up on time and was very polite. Wore shoe coverings to protect my flooring. Explained everything with excellent pictures and what to expect what might happen in the future.

I had a customer their toilet shut off valve failed day and night Plumbing came out within 2 hours gave an honest estimate got my customers water back onto the home and everybody's happy all the way around. My wife and I have been using Scott for over 4 years, since we moved back to Ahwatukee. We had two old AC units that we needed to have serviced. I was really impressed with Scott's approach. He checked each unit and gave us several options. He explained how he could cheaply repair them to keep them working, or he could replace one or both units. Every time we call Scott for work, he tried to help us understand the issue, and he always tells us how he can do the job in the most cost effective way. I have never felt like he has tried to pressure us into expensive, unnecessary work. This year we finally had Scott replace both units. In the process he found work that was done incorrectly by the builders. He came back multiple times to make sure his work was completed to 100%, and to fix the problems caused by others. There is no one else we would trust to do our Plumbing or AC work.

Walker Plumbing arrived on time and their technician Cale was a true professional. He came out to give me a quote for locating a sewer line under my slab in my storage room. (I wanted to move my washer into the room). He knew right away, I most likely did not have a sewer line in the area I wanted. He could have given me a price, used his scope camera, and taken my money to only say I did not have the line. After talking he gave me honest advice on how to tackle the job on my own. Very honest and I will definitely use them if I need further plumbing services.

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.
