Elijah and Frisco, 2 techs from apes, installed new air/furnace. Very professional, extremely hard working, great communication throughout their progress, kept extremely clean and safe work environment, very friendly, and their work area was spotless once completed. The best vendor experience I've ever had.

While experiencing my first AZ monsoon in our new house, we discovered our sump pump wasn't working so we immediately had to start bailing water. We called Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing late on a Saturday night and scheduled an appointment for Sunday morning. The tech, Jerry Kline, diagnosed the issue (dead motor), found a replacement, and installed it - all on a Sunday. Thank you Jerry! We were very pleased with Jerry and Hays.

I had such a great experience working with Tom for the two repairs needed at my home. Tom arrived on time and was extremely friendly and professional. He took his time making sure that his work was thorough and correct. Without asking, he even added extra notes to my invoice as he knew I would be submitting it to the city for reimbursement. Expert HVAC was referred to me, about 6 years ago. They kept our old clunker Goodman running for outstanding low prices, and awesome service. I referred them to my sister for her new HVAC unit. She was so happy about the quality, price, and no forced upsell. Needless to say, when my Goodman that came with the house gave up the ghost after 15 years, it was a no brainer for Expert HVAC to completely replace my system. Rick is our guy for our Surprise home. Also the fact that the office folks take care of ALL the little stuff afterwards. Filling out all of the warranty paperwork with TRANE, and keeping my appointments for me for regular maintenance to keep the warranty valid. Nice extra touch that I have not read about in these reviews.

Promise was amazing. I knew I needed to replace my AC system. I got several quotes. Promise asked the most questions, clearly made that extra effort to understand our needs, they explained their bid very thoroughly. Were fair and competitive in their bid. On the install day they were on time, in uniform, everyone was clean, courteous, professional, and The whole thing went very well, smoothly, and they cleaned up after themselves. Best company! Quality, value responsiveness and punctuality are tops! But they shine with professionalism. Had a new A/C unit put in, it is fabulous. Had a problem syncing WiFi thermostat. The problem was with my router. They worked with me to fix it. I have recommended 1st Choice to a friend who has since had a new unit installed by them and is thrilled. AND while they were at my house a neighbor came over to inquire about their company.

Fantastic job! Clean, efficient and fast!

Cactus installed my AC system and I learned after they installed it they used too small of a return. They made an extra hole in my roof and patched it with just silicone. I bought a warranty from them and was told it was manufacture and never given further information. They came out and repaired a fuse one and now are trying to find a leak in the AC. I feel like they don't do their job well or communicate well. I got a little more info on the warranty but not much. Also the man who came out today did not wear a mask and was smoking while working on my roof. He's very unprofessional. I wish I'd never used them. I'll update when the work is done but so far I'm not feeling confident.

Michal came by today and did the maintenance check up for my plumbing and flushed my water heater. He was super friendly, polite and quick. I really appreciate the professionalism of all the plumbers that have serviced my house and will recommend Day &Night anytime.

Francisco provided several reasonable options to replace our two Heat Pump/AC units. Once we decided on a brand the King Mechanical crew scheduled the replace according to our schedule. They were excellent in communicating when they would start and how the process would work (crew would come out and remove old units - replacement units would show up later in the day to be installed).

Francisco and his crew were courteous, polite, and were very good at cleaning up after themselves.

I appreciate that King Mechanical fills out and sends the warranty, rather than having to complete the registration myself.

I would highly recommend King Mechanical for a fair priced bid, expedient installation, and overall great experience.
