24hr company, which is great and what makes it better is how amazing they are. I first spoke with Ryan on the phone he explained the entire process. He told me the tech's name coming to our home. These guys made a terrible situation much better by their efficiency and professionalism. They came out to my house quickly, and began mitigation efforts to dry out the huge amount of water damage. Brandyn and Chaz did a great job remediating the water damage we had. They were always on time, kept us in the loop during each step of the process, and were a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job on our house and helped us deal with water damage and mould. The whole team at certified, from the office staff to the crew, was very helpful when it came to giving us advice on how to do things around the house.

Water fighters helped us redo our whole shower after a leak. They came out on a holiday weekend right away to begin the process. The workers were all professional and they worked quickly to get our bathroom working again.

My house has had a tarp on it for over two months. They came out gave me an estimate my insurance did everything they asked for yet I am still waiting and every time I call them they seem like they have no clue and I have to explain everything like it’s the first time calling. Now I am going on my third month and my house has been getting rained thru with this last months storms causing more damage. IF YOU NEED YOUR ROOF DONE GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE OR WAIT MONTHS LIKE I DID.

There are not enough words to express our gratitude to the entire SERVPRO team. We had a water leak in our kitchen and Christmas was around the corner. From the moment we called the front office, we were met with such kindness and courtesy. Thank you Mary and any other staff we came in contact with. It felt like the company bent over backward to come out to our home and get our mitigation underway. Tony, our project manager, was prompt, thorough and always available to answer our questions. He really moved the job along quickly.

This company is on call at all hours of the night. The staff is knowledgable, patient, friendly and will work with your schedule.

Jacob Hough and Chandler Noel where very nice and did an awesome job. They secured by Arcadia door and I feel much safer. Two months have gone by and still no Arcadia door. I'm looking at plywood still and tired of looking at it. Why isn't it fixed yet?

??Due to a water leak in the attic, ServiceMaster was contacted by my home insurance company to help with the repairs. (This is my fault - I should have done my own research instead of trusting my insurance adjuster. Lesson learned.)
??They lack communication skills. Although I only had to deal with your company for 4, maybe 5 days, I had to call you to find out when a tech was coming over the next day and if the lab results were in; which they were but instead of calling me back or telling someone to contact me the next day because she was out of the office, Alex didn't.
??They lack customer service skills. Alex is very rude and I'm surprised she's on the phone; Summer is sweet and has better customer service. Only Nate and Jose were nice (the first 2 techs sent out), but the others, like the one who picked up the fans and the one who came by today to get a signature, need training on customer service. The tech who came today, rang the door bell and when I answered, he didn't introduce himself or what he wanted - he just tried to hand me my phone. Tell them that manners say when you are greeting a person especially a customer, say Hi. My name is.... and I'm from Service Master.
??Overall - call another company. Although I signed their form so they could get paid, I was NOT satisfied! Save yourself the headache and not knowing when you need to be home all because they haven't figured out a better scheduling system and don't train their employees on simple customer service skills. ??

The Servicemaster team was very professional and polite they called me every morning to let me know how far they were out and when they would be there they answered all questions and asked me if I had any questions why it fell out but you make me happy I would use in the future thank you

I am an insurance professional and have used Paul Davis many times for claims. They are very responsive, reasonably priced and always leave the customers happy. I definitely recommend them for any home related issues you have.
