Working with Andy is the best. We had part of our roof blow off during a monsoon storm. He came over and tarped the roof in the rain and began our demo and dryout inside our home that night. He has a lot of knowledge of the insurance process and has the ability to speak their language. He gets things done.

We had an attic water leak 3 days before Thanksgiving. I've never had to use a Restoration company because of home damage before and PuroClean was recommended to us. They showed up before Thanksgiving to get us started with the demo of the damage to the house. They were informative and let us know ahead of time all that was going to happen. Whoever showed up for the day always called ahead of time to inform us they were on their way. They were courteous, respectful, professional and did the work. I would recommend them to anyone needing any inside home demo work.

Zona Restoration is the best! I honestly can't say enough positive things about them. It was so reassuring to have a professional company that took care of everything for us from A to Z during a rough time, from corresponding with the insurance company and adjusters, scheduling plumbers and all the various contractors, working with and accomodating our tenants, and just being overall pleasant to work with.

We almost went with a restoration company that a plumber recommended, but my insurance agent advised that many of the restoration companies pay plumbers kickbacks and do a terrible job and start taking apart a house before getting any sign off from an insurance company, thereby leaving the homeowner on the hook for anything not approved. My insurance agent highly recommended Zona Restoration because they have a great reputation for doing everything the right way.

Zona lived up to their reputation and more. They took the ball and coordinated everything with our insurance company and quickly got approvals before beginning work to ensure we don't end up with a bill from work not approved. Everyone on the team was on the ball, from Thomas to Jeff to Aaron to Erika. They all worked closely with us to ensure we were happy and that all the work got done quickly and professionally. I can't recommend Zona Restoration more highly!

Phil provided prompt service while delivery on his promises of the project timeline and did excellent work and his attention to detail was much appreciated. Its nice to have trusting and competent help with all of life’s home disasters right here in our local community!

Tom and his crew were very knowledgeable and thorough. They did not try to oversel me -- just recommended what was needed to take care of my problem and then came out and did it. They were on time, professional and very friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough for mold remediation or any other air quality issues you might have!

The entire team was very professional but also personable. They made the whole water removal and cleanup process easy as can be. Still am working with DriRite to get my insurance claim completed, plus some remodeling done. It is now in the 3rd month of getting my master bathroom shower working. Numerous issues and seriously bad communications. No scheduling whatsoever, we have had to call to find out when things will happen. Took a whole week to drywall, lay concrete and then tile my master shower and it was not done properly. Had to have several calls with project lead to come to the house and he explained this is normal or that will be fixed by another team. Why cant it be done right the first time? Shouldn't there be estimates done prior to doing the work? Why would you not fix and patch all drywall prior to tiling? I just don't comprehend how there is no common sense or anyone really inspecting the work done prior to the next team coming in and saying well so and so should have done that prior to us. My fault for accepting our insurance companies recommended contractor when I was hesitant from the day they came out and did the inspection. I would not recommend them unless you have a lot of time and patience.

I had a leak in the middle of the night and woke up to water everywhere in my kitchen. Even with it very early in the morning these guys were able to get out to my place and start cleaning up very quick. The best part is they helped me with a lot of the insurance questions. Great company!

As per usual, Coit did an excellent job cleaning my couch, loveseat, and carpets! I have used this company numerous times before and will, in the future, use them again!

We used Square One Restoration Water Fire Smoke Damage Repair to restore our bathroom that had been flooded. Water everywhere. Walls badly damaged. They fixed everything. Total pros, easy to work with - they dealt directly with the insurance company.

We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.
