I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

The need for a water restoration company comes at a time of vulnerability and weakness for a homeowner. ServPro does not realize this and shows absolutely no empathy or decency when working with homeowners like myself. The crew chiefs were very nice, but every time I called the main office, I was met with an I'm not sure or I don't know to the majority of questions asked. I don't recall the gentlemen's name, but he was very rude and acted like he didn't care one bit about my house, the damage, or my satisfaction. They installed 16 air movers/fans and told me it would be 3-5 days. We lived in the house with the constant noise for more than 9 days and they were in no rush to remove them, milking the insurance company day after day. The reconstruction team wanted to rip out my entire, newly remodeled kitchen to remove the flooring underneath, but the company we hired instead (Sunshine Restoration) removed the flooring without touching my kitchen. They also took 3 rugs to be cleaned on November 7, but didn't drop them off at the cleaners until November 30! The receptionist Kathy was always very disinterested and everyone was always unavailable right now. Absolutely atrocious customer service and business operations.

New to Arizona and new house, new carpet and an accident ocurred that we thought would be impossible to clean. Called for some recommendations and Phx Carpet name mentioned. Called and they responded same day, cleaned the damaged carpet, and did it all with a smile.
