What a life-saver Nathan was for us! We live in England, and got the call from our property manager for our house in Mesa that our renters smelled something strange under the kitchen cabinets. The handyman said it looked really bad. I freaked out because it was the last thing that I needed at the time (going through IVF and needed to keep my stress down). I foresaw a nightmare unfolding. By the grace of god, the online mold remediation form I submitted sent us Nathan at ATHR. Though he'd never heard of it, he immediately downloaded WhatsApp (something our property manager still hasn't done) and he communicated what needed to be done and when, and then called me first thing in the morning every day Arizona time to give us an update. He helped us navigate the insurance system. He worked seamlessly with our renters. He took complete control and handled every detail. I am still shocked at how painless the process was. I have never in my life been so pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, knowledge, good-naturedness, and capability that I experienced with Nathan. I can't thank him enough.

Mike Edgar and his team (Cisco and Shawn) were extremely helpful to my husband and I! We recently had a dishwasher leak beneath our kitchen cabinets. This team resolved the issue and put our minds at ease regarding contamination of any surrounding areas. They were prompt and professional. We've used Mesic multiple times. Starting in 2011 when we had a bad wind storm tear the back half of our roof off. Great job and here it is 7 years later with no problems. In 2013 we had a problem with a water leak in the ceiling, they were out promptly and took care of the issue without any unnecessary drama. Made the mistake in 2015 of allowing another contractor to install some appliances (removing cabinetry to put in a dishwasher in an old house) Boy did that ever get screwed up, ended up Calling Mesic out to fix the problems. I've learned my lesson. Next month when we move into our new home and need some work done, we know who we will be calling!

They did what they said they would do, showed up when they said they would, and prepped and cleaned up all spaces. I am very happy with the work they did and would not hesitate to recommend them.

I highly recommend Lotus Contracting Services - we had a flood situation in a building we manage early on a Friday morning. Jill had her team on site in a matter of minutes dealing with the situation. They were able to stop the water flow and had the effected areas dried completely by Monday morning. They were fast and efficient and solved the problem in a highly professional manner.
