This company has been great with all the damage restoration services. We had a fairly serious water damage problem this past week. Water damage repair cleanup Phoenix had a team over to my house within an hour of hanging up. They were fast, easy to work with and made the insurance company get on the same page. For water removal, extraction and restoration service, this is the best option in Phoenix AZ.

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

Frank was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was available around the clock and answered all my questions with detail. He sent someone out the next day and he was also very helpful. Showed and explained everything he was doing to check for moisture and mold. Thankfully none was detected. I appreciated the honesty, specially when a different company had already been here a day prior stating we would need walls torn down etc. I knew something was off and decided to call NextGen for a 2nd opinion, I'm so glad I did! Highly recommend. We had a slow leak under our sink that were didn’t know about. Once we discovered it there was a good amount of damage. Eric worked with our remodel contractor to ensure our quartz countertop and farmhouse sink weren’t destroyed in the process of taking things apart to get to the damage. The work they did was professional, clean and neat. I have a lot of confidence our contractor will easily be able to restore our kitchen due to their great work. Of course, they also got rid of and treated for mold and got everything dried out. They covered our hard floors too so they weren’t ruined. All in all for what was a terrible situation, they made us feel like they really cared not only about the job but also about my kitchen and for us personally. Don’t hesitate to call them if you need this kind of service.
