After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

Quality Septic is an amazing company. I had a back-up emergency and they were on-site within a few hours. This was a neglected septic tank and was a very difficult pump. Repairs were needed and Quality Septic had the resources to get a repair company, after hours, to assist. With professionalism they continued to work for over 6 hours until the issues were resolved. They did not leave the property until 10:30pm. Quality Septic exceeded my expectations and the cost was more than fair. Quality Septic is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone with septic issues. I love these guys.

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

Butch was on- time, (actually early), curtious, dog friendly, and had great things to say about the purple he worked worn and for. Later the same day, Todd came out and walk me through what would happen during the repairs to my leach field. He then sent me by email a very reasonable quote. My story may sound familiar. Cave Creek has had its share of construction cowboys and my house and septic were no exception. My builder put in a proper tank but took every shortcut possible and the icing on the poo cake was the inspection port into the second chamber was knocked over when it was buried and just covered up. For 27 years, this chamber was exposed to falling dirt into the chamber.

I was required to have a septic inspection and since I had no idea what was at issue but after a quick call to Black Mountain Septic, Jake arrived on short notice. The precision bucket digs to skirt around existing irrigation plumbing was a sight to see. In short order, I had a man trap installed and a compliant septic system access.

I moved into a new home and needed a sewer pipeline repaired.
Jon at Hero Home Services and Jon from ProSite Earthworks did a phenomenal job repairing the line (6 feet into the ground) and making it look like nothing was interrupted after clean up. Both are very knowledgeable and guided me through the repair process. Hero Home Services are now my personal repair company and I wouldn't trust anyone else to do the job right.

Amazing experience with this company. They were professional and respectful of our property and ourselves. They explained the process and the cost before doing any work. They were thorough and completed their job, very efficiently, and on time with what the job in tailed. I would definitely recommend this company and we would use this company in the future if need be.

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.

Jodie did a fabulous job for me. I would highly recommend this company and Jodie in particular. I had a septic problem and a vent problem on my roof. Jodie worked on it and now it’s functioning beautifully. I’m so grateful for his prompt service and your reasonable rates. I did not have a septic system installation, I had my septic tank drained. When I found out I was septic not sewer I called a different company that literally did nothing compared to what these awesome guys did. They were very thorough I really appreciated it. DONT SECOND GUESS GO WITH THESE GUYS!!:)

They where on time , Ben takes care of everything with his machinery, we are building a new home and he’s prices for graveling where very fair compared to others, it did not make sense for us to rent the machinery and do it ourself. The other good part it’s that we found out he actually does demo and hauling too, definitely will use him again!

We searched around for a septic contractor that could do a turnkey septic system for our new house in Scottsdale, and could not find anyone that could do the soils perc testing, design, excavate and install the septic tank as well as the leach field needed. A friend gave me Arizona septic tank information and we hired them to do our system and were very happy with how these guys handled everything.

He is trustworthy, on time, professional, and easy to work with. When we moved in to our new house I wanted our washer and dryer back in the house instead of in the garage where the past owners had moved it. My husband thought he could handle it, but when he got to the plumbing it became a big mess. We called Allover Plumbing and they were able to get to us quickly and had the problem fixed in no time. Very knowledgeable and knows exactly what he is doing.

Process went well, only two days, You need to hire a cleaning service after you leave if you dig up a foundation (pipe bursting). Min. 4 hours cleaning. I realize in the agreement you are not responsible for anything.I appreciate you trying to cover items, but leaving ANY mess in an elderly persons home is un acceptable.
